Time starting to run out for those still wanting to join the fun, particularly if you need accommodation at Moreton
What oil did the garage use - sounds, from what you have said, that the oil viscosity used during the service is something different to that which was in the car before, aside from the old oil's properties having perhaps lost their full worth.
Good to see you are trying something quite different to what your instincts would normally say.
When I had the 452 Falkens on 19" Nismo rims and pumped up to 38psi I found them fine for road use (wet a dry) including 'spirited' driving. Your initial thoughts about the Kumho's seem to be suggesting they may be offering similar capabilities for everyday road use.
With no single driver or car standing out above the others (unlike last year with Vettel and Red Bull), this is turning into a really cracking season. Shame about the Schui wheel nut ****-up with the potential for a Mercedes 1 & 2 and then Button's wheel nut delay as he might have given Nico the hurry-up towards the end with his tyres clearly at the cliff edge.
Yep - really good race to watch in the last third.
Many moons ago I towed my Chamios Sport on a an A-Frame to events with a Mk1 Golf GTi. Remember a great time on one occasion at Goodwood using both cars on track - two completly different handling cars.
Just follow points 1-3 & all will be fine
If not, PM Keyser
I'll stick to admiring others skills and work, unless you have Dr Who powers and can transport me back in time
And find me a house with a good sized garage
See your little helper is on hand - looks like he's sniffing a rat up that pipe
I'm coming to the conclusion it pays to have small hands installing all the bits, something I don't possess aside from the lack of technical knowledge/confidence to do what you are doing
As you say the vids never convey the sense of speed or the braking force going on, but nice smooth driving there and must say I liked the little repeats showing the Aston who was boss on the pit straight
I would hope so - no what I wasn't sure about is when Sparky mentioned that with his mum;s Clio you just walked up to that and I presume pulling the handle or something did the unlock - I think I've seen that on the Ford ads?
Sometimes the warning beeps can be a pain if you have got in the car such as when you push the start button for the accessory function and then decide to get out and leaving the door open, the system seems to have a heart attack that you are walking away without giving it a climax
OK, with the 370's and the key in your pocket you need to press the small button on either door or the rectangular rubber button for the rear hatch to unlock them. And the same to lock the doors and pushing the round buuton for the rear hatch to lock. Push button start once you are in the car. Need to be close to the car for it activate.
But if you use the buttons on the fob (like the 350) I would say it unlocks/locks at least 50 metres away if you want.
