  2. From experience, noting the alloy spacer nuts can be quite soft, I have found it best to use a six sided socket as those impact sockets can too easily round off the edges of a stubborn nut. Tried to find where I bought mine in 2010 without success but I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction, given it does need to be a slimline and I recall Halfords at the time did not have one.
  3. 100% with you on the sill design flaw and I can assure you the chips show just as much on white and the front mud flaps seemed to do little to help protect. I agree the spacers are not the root cause although of course they don't help. Had my sills resprayed last October time year and was then going to get them wrapped, but got thinking about something like the Shine Amuse skirts that with their shape should avoid the chipping where it can be seen. Winter came and still not done so I expect after Wales in a couple of weeks time it will be a rethink, but interested in the Armour Fend as an option.
  4. If I had a Juke I would love it to go like that one But for a lot less than the £125k
  5. If it is by the n/s front wheel I might also be inclined to check the (2nd) windscreen/headlamp washer bottle for leaks.

    Spare Wheel 370

A requirement for precision handling even on a space saver But of course, we expect nothing less Another thing to put on the list. That's why your car looks lower at the back, it's all the bits and bobs you carry. And.....helps the grip with the extra weight in the rear of the 370, that otherwise is a tad too light at the rear in OEM form for the kind of roads I like driving on, IMHO
  19. Yes, but Moreton are out of rooms, as I write this, so would have to put you on the reserve list (if one or more cancels) but there is other accommodation not too far away we can recommend
  20. Grateful thanks to Chris offering to go round in the 4 x 4 - frankly we simply would not have got through in some places in the ZEDs, It was bloody cold as well - during the day we had hail and sleet as well rain by the bucket loads. Found some new roads during the course of the weekend, including a cracker for the Sunday afternoon, providing it does not have rivers running across it then But Chris, you forgot to put up that other picture on the Evo Triangle
