  1. I wouldn't bet on it
  2. He's just feeling about for his nuts with his right hand, as you do
  3. This is more like it
  4. Good job you are OK and seems like you saved your car from even worse damage. I do hope the culprit gets caught - having a insecure load is only one step away from when idiots throw things off bridges onto passing cars
  5. The idea that this is to stop the rear wheels being fitted to the front hubs is poppycock IMO. The rear (OEM) wheels have sufficient space between each spoke to allow fitment - in the same way as the front wheels (I found that out on the 370). That bolt, I believe, is more to do with extracting the disc off the hub carrier. If you take the little sleeve out that fits beteeen the bolthead and the hub then screw that bolt all the way in it will separate the disc from the carrier. Whatever, if fitting the spacers just remove the bolt/spacer as it otherwise serves no useful purpose.
  6. +1 Good 370 colour choice BTW You ought to be going up country in two weekend's time vvvvvv
  7. You do take some very nice pics Clown - just a shame your timing is not so good when you go to Wales and could have included 30+ ZEDS in some of those shots ..................or similar locations

  9. List on page 1 updated any more - just two weekends away now ccoxyy - there is still a pm in my outbox to you dated 26 April - are you coming to the event or not?
  10. +1 both disabled and parent/child spaces -1 Now that could equally be said about young male drivers who you see doing the handbrake turns etc in busy car parks and sadly the insurance stats show who create the most claims..... I quite often see 'oldies' having to park a long way away while mums with very healthly youngsters pile out of their people carriers/4 x 4's in the parent/child spaces in 'pole position' for supermarket entrance. Many of the oldies are too proud to sign up for blue badges when they warrant one. Sadly, you also see too many abuses in these private car parks but I always work on the principle that while you might be tempted to deck someone who you believe shouldn't be parking in the designated bays, if that person has chosen to put two fingers up to the normal rules chances are they will also be the ones who spoil for a fight and with the knife crime about..............

  12. I've got this one, http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... yId_165469 I'm pretty sure the Pro range have a lifetime guarantee I have this one: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... zone=PDPz1
  13. The halfraud ones are OK - I've got one and others on I have noticed seemed happy and they are not an arm and a leg job
  14. Thread locked as the car is sold
  15. As I don't think your ZED transformed into a 370 your thread has been moved Sorry we won't see you around in it anymore
  16. Interesting I've found 37 front and 38 rear as ideal for me. I think we know from these psi's who is, er, getting more heat in their rear tyres
  17. Given this has come about after the recent refresh when suspension bits have been changed, I would go back to where you had that work done and get them to check everything is is tight and that something hasn't loosened off. Might also be worth having a 4-wheel alignment done afterwards, particularly if it was not done after the refresh, as I would guess some settings will have changed, albeit that in itself shouldn't cause the clunk you are hearing
  18. Love and best wishes to you both from June and me - have a great day, honeymoon and life together but minus brownie points for clashing with the Wales weekend
  19. Looks very nice at the 'Palace'

  23. From experience, noting the alloy spacer nuts can be quite soft, I have found it best to use a six sided socket as those impact sockets can too easily round off the edges of a stubborn nut. Tried to find where I bought mine in 2010 without success but I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction, given it does need to be a slimline and I recall Halfords at the time did not have one.
