  1. Wishing your life away there Adrian, or is that when something 'blue' is due
  2. All posts in the trading section have to be approved by a mod before they appear , so no use reposting the same thing
  3. Think the thread heading needs changing to "350z engine bay porn"
  4. Why on earth would someone in Europe want a right hand drive car over there, I would have asked myself - immediate alarm bells to the point I wouldn't have even got into a discussion and given it is hardly a big deal/cost these days to fly over and give the car the once over
  5. Its not printable what you do to us Now, time to draw a line under the general comments on this for sale thread and wish the OP good luck with his sale now the description has been clarified
  6. He does say above ^^^^ he didn't get from a Nissan dealer

  8. Intend to - Take a drive along the A272 between Billinghurst and Petersfield at sometime when its quiet and enjoy the twists and turns. Then come back via the A3 through the tunnel to appreciate the noise
  9. I dunno, youngsters are always moaning these days
  10. Dosen't matter where you bought the car if it has the cradle it should come with the adaptor as all models from 2006 (MY06 +)came with bluetooth as standard. Unfortunately the adaptors are so easily removed and saleable (see the ad above) they get removed. If the advert for your car said that there was bluetooth integration than the car must have the adaptor for that to work - so go back to the supplying dealer and say the car is not complete as advertised. If you have doubts about it working if you post up your location a nearby member might be prepared to try his adaptor in your car to see that it works OK

  15. A guide here to uploading pictures to PhotoBucket and then posting on here - PB's appearance has changed a bit since that was done but the principles remain the same viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25963
  16. First I have heard if a cradle is fitted the bluetooth dosen't work Either there is a fault or its the seller's way of excusing himself putting his hand in his pocket for an adaptor that was probably sold by the previous owner. Here is one: viewtopic.php?f=32&t=64420
  17. 19" Nismo wheels were an optional extra new for the 350, so clearly the car is 'designed' to accommodate them. General rule is 18" are more suited on track, 19" (or even 20") have better visual appeal but all down to personal preference in the end and how you drive it.
  18. more suited to the strip than the street
  19. So this would mean that there could be a large gap between manufacture date and registration Colin? Yes - happens all the time when manufacturers/dealers can't shift stock. There were quite few unsold MY07s 350's when the 370 came out with quite a few that were originally for the Irish market were unsold and found there way over here to be eventually registered as late as 2010, IIRC.
  20. I know what you mean and can recall several times in my previous 350, when I used to keep the TC on, that on hairpins and sometimes at junctions the TC got in the way. Certainly became more noticeable with tyre wear. Can't say the 370 feels much different in that regard but that said it is generally accepted to have more rear end grip than the 350's, but that said, I personally like having more weight in the rear end to not only help general traction but also to help the pendulum effect when you do want the rear end to 'assist' the cornering
  21. You have followed me on the Wales drives Andy and I don't have the TC on unless it is absolutely streaming down so that making good pace is out of the question anyway
  22. Richierich You can check the car colour by looking at the sticker in the drivers door shut or the chassis plate under the bonnet where it has the paint codes:- Gunmetal is: WV2D or WV2G Twilight Grey is: K51 Although you say your car was 'born' in March 2007 it was in fact made in 2006 (MY06 model) and many were unsold until well into 2007 - yours being one of them.
