Yeap same car. Think its now on almost every motoring forum there is.
Just sad story. Even the stupid do not deserve to die that way (100ft in the air and hitting a tree). As long as we all learn that cars are dangerous and be careful.
Just think, its the same airstrip that John Travolta uses. Now if he did the same thing with a Boeing then would be a nasty mess and the tree might not have won/
Still think the import is the way to go.
I will be looking in a year time to import a year old JDM, get it serviced by a race engineer I know and then save myself £20k. If I could not make "that" savings then I will not be able to afford the car.
Thats what I will be looking to do, and I'am sure others in this country might be thinking the same and still get one before they will be released in the UK.
Then after a year will look to see if I could sell between £30k and £40k (still £20-30k less than a new one) thus I could run a GTR that will do 190mph and 0-60 in 3 sec for approx £0 to £10k, that is more or less what you would lose on a new 350z.
So NMGB, your not getting a single penny of my money and NM Japan will be selling one extra.
May be a spoof/spam mail (so please do not mail everyone, just do posts on open forums like ours) but in case NOT worth knowing.
Guys, I have read that as of February 15th all cameras on the M25 between J10 and 15 (A3 to the M40) are going digital and having their threshold set at 80mph (true speed) and will be active 24/7, (as opposed to peak times only/93mph at present).
Taken from a BMW forum to show prices over there and limited numbers.
"I saw the GT-R at the DC auto show this weekend. It was on a spinning dais. The car was right-hand drive, the spokesperson explained that only two are in the US for shows like that, and Detroit got the left-hand drive model.
Quoted US price was $71,900 for the uber package. Lower Skylines will start at $39K-ish.
Also mentioned was a 1500 unit build number for the GT-R - that's ridiculously low. Also, a 3.3 second 0-60 time was quoted."
I got bits changed in my gear box "twice" whilst in warrenty, so if you need to tell them it was a common problem then you could use my name just PM me.
Gents,
Just shows you should be careful where and how you play with your car as horrific end result. It was an M5.

Not sure as some of the shots seem a jumble sale of other car parts, but the pic of the M250 is very nice.
First Lotus I've not really liked the look of (the grey one with the Audi R8 panel)
Or AUDI or Duratec.
If you are really intrested in doing something like that let me know and I should be able to put you in touch with someone who has done it, ie, Honda NA, Honda SC, Audi SC/TT, and Duratec NA.
If someone needed to trade up to 4 doors then this would be a great option (if you had the cash)

The 27th if indirect booking via Book-a-Track and costs £205 and goes up to £215
The 17th booking directly is listed as £130
The 12th if booked directly is £145
Hope that explains my comments on £60, you will not get many track days at £100 but £130 is cheap.
I was talking about the Weds 27th as now gone up to £205.
I am doing Le Mans at peak of season for £210 hence why I thought 27th expensive.
I can still do the weekend one, but if we go with another date can we look into booking additional one from April onwards as really want to be out with a bunch of Zeds.
