i have found it depends on the brand and the dealer ship. some garages are good some are bad, small family businesses tend to be good, more welcoming, (not always), my experiences so far in the last 10 years. BMW - excellent customer services, been to several always a pleasure Audi - never made me feel good, always felt like i wasn't up to the brand standard (helpful, but while still looking down there nose) Nissan - mixed bag - depends on the dealer ship, most don't know there prestige cars, but could probably sell you a really good deal on a micra VW - varies on the garage, but most have been good felt welcome stowmarket, i now feel like part of the family after buying my wifes car there Toyota - always had good customer care there especially chelmsford Honda - another VW style garage, generally good, know there cars and helpful - best one was the one in stoke - think there nissan branch is on here Mini - generally good, but do like to pester on the after visit phone calls others i haven't tried biggest thing i've found is how i turn up to them, its like the good old days of visiting the bank manager, dress smart and you normally get a good treatment. car dealers think they can smell money, so if you dress the part they tend to be good. i once blagged a z4m coupe for a weekend once. and i had a mate who got an M3 for the weekend.

Just had a look and its not a ‘Buy it Now’ at £50, that’s what the seller has started the auction at, so it most probably will go for more by the time the auction ends, it’s not a fixed price listing… was going to say, its a starting price, i think set especially low to entice more bidders. re: chilli's : don't worry i know where your coming from and yes there are like anything in life good and bad copies, the player hating comment was aimed at the usual JDM monkies they know who they are

No way is that pricing anywhere near correct: T1Rs more than the PS2s?! No chance, they'd be cheaper than all of them. Maybe R1Rs or 888s, but not T1Rs. Someone from Camskill have made an almighty balls-up there.

i can't see whats wrong with it. not at that price. i have a nismo style kit in my garage, quality on its fine, was already fitted to another car before i bought it. yes there is a difference in quality with some GF kits, just make sure its a good copy, ask him what brand it is, as it should have a makers stamp and get it checked on here. for all you know he bought it direct from CS on here. as he sells on ebay as well and i know his kits are good. even the original nismo is GF. i don't get all this player hating stuff on things that are copies, i bet if you lined up a load of cars mixed with real and copied nismo kits, that once fitted and painted 95% wouldn't be able to spot the difference. if its a good copy the only difference between original and copy is the price tag. both come out ofa mould and both are made from GF. just avoid the cheap cheap ones as they tend to be a thin GF copy, suffer from weak points and air bubbles. and require a hell of a lot of prep work to get them to fit. a good copy is exactly that ... a good ... copy.

Next car on my cards will be a Z4M convertible or keep the zed and get a Caterham 1.6 superlight for track use apparently the Z4 is a step backwards. not as good as the Zed. but i understand your conundrum, where next. although i did like that vxr8 bathurst edition, the noise was addictive.

mine is hard to engage 2nd, but i have learnt that you can't jam it in to 2nd when changing down fast, i sit with it almost engaged and as the revs and speed drop it just slots in, had it wit several cars but its not an issue. the fact that 6th is a pain says syncro to me as well. is the synco mesh replaceable?

i never new so many kids had such disposable incomes. i suppose at that age most of mine went on alchol and fags.

i might have to get back to you on this, i want to refurb my own wheels, when i put new tyres on a bit later in the year, but i can't drive a car with no wheels so this might help. could then sell mine on. i suppose for the same price.
