so you've got the old evo long term test mule -
do you really think internal difference would really make that much difference, especially when we're talking a 1/4 of an inch. would it be no different to air flow running into silencer chambers?

speak to CS him and his group have just produced a V3 kit which looks pretty good.

it should plus your looking at different vinyl. the old ford roofs like the metro were a leather style vinyl and they were glue adhesive. they also allowed for water ingress. the newer vinyls are more effective as they almost cause a seal between the vinyl and the panel. i've never heard of vinyl causing sweat issues. only thing i have seen is whenits removed its kept the paint underneather protected from the sun and so you can still see where it was after, most noticable with things like lettering.

i've got the Invidia true dual which if i remember rightly is 3" from tip to cats. so i suppose it would have to be new cats as well. starts getting expensive shame as i loved the popple and backfires that the manifold induced on lift off

they need a refurb, and tyres if it helps to break it down those would need wheels £330 + £200 p+p Tyres + fitting = £500 - depends on the tyre who fits etc. refurb = £240 - guide price from wicked wheels (not sure how much to have the lips polished as well) possibly need spacers = £220 (maybe not needed) total in for those wheels about £1270 as a rough guide price. for about another £200 you could have a brand new set of 19's with tyres from Rare rims. in fact they had a very similiar wheel that they wanted someone to try out so they could get picks and were offering additional discount on it for being the first. plus they would fill the arches perfectly and not need any spacers. don't know if that helps, but might give some food for thought.

it was one of the few things i loved on my last car i had done filter and exhaust, and sounded nice, but it was the AM manifold that really made the car sound awesome. don't know if it will do the same for the Zed though. what is exactly required for a manifold change, i'm guessing by the time frame we are talking an engine out job?

can't find these bottles on your website. was trying to put together a big order with replacement rubber and P3 service kit. well maybe medium order found the p3 stuff easy, and found the replacement rubber, just can't find the PIAA fluids. am i being stupid, or are they not there yet?

i think he'd be happy if a group of people turned up on his door step with a bottle of wine and the ability to have a good time. i think i need to start a new charity, to find husky some friends/kennel pals not sure which my old trick was to go to the nearest pub and chat up the bar maids, got to know everyone really quick, just don't have the time these days. -
what about option C Carbon bonnet black roof rear window tint to match roof. carbon mirrors and carbon door handles what ever is left save for wheels as for carbon vinyl b pillars i am about to have ago at skinning the originals in CF, if it works out i'm happy to do yours for you. also going to do the rear strut but smooth out the dimples and zed and fit the spare likwid art badge.

are you planning to go the carbon lip route as well. i think that might hepl as well, and do you have any plans for the side skirts. i think for such an aggressive bonnet and the vents its going to need some agressive skirts. i think that then with the wheels andeverything else it will really pull itself together and you'll ahve youself a show stopping car. hope i've not stepped on any toes,

i got added weeks ago, and i still can't get the taste out of the back of my throat. only joking. and as for coventry it aint that bad i lived there for 4 years i'm in a similiar situation, moved away to suffolk, hardly know anyone so spend my time on here. am getting out, but it just takes time to build a new friends network. i suppose i'm lucky as i also have my wife. -
seen before and its a cool clip, but my worry would be if he was my kid, what the hells he going to be like after he pass his driving test and is let loose on the roads. i'd be in cold sweats every time he goes out, and i don't even have kids, and there would nbe no sodding way he'd go on my insurance

not disagreeing with you, it is a very nice bonnet, and on the right car i'm sure looks superb. (nurrish don't take that comment the wrong way, as i don't mean yours is the wrong car.) but because you have so many vents going on at the front. as said above possibly removing the centre vent might balance it. car still looks good, and i think the carbon bonnet actual suits the car better than the previous black bonnet. don't worry about what i think though as my view counts for feck all its good to see a unique car and something that stands out as being different. i'm sure when you get the wheels on etc it will balance out. its possible that because we've seen the photos mid modding (which most of us do as we can't afford to do it all in one go) that the look is not fully there yet. its possible if i see it in the flesh i might be completely wrong, as i'm terrible at judging from photos the overall look of a car properly. there hs been many a car i've not like dthe photos of but in the flesh my opinion has been changed. keep up the hard work

definetely agree some carbon parts would really offset the white. same with the wheels i think they suit the car, and i like the white look, but maybe a shadow black, or gunmetal finish/titanium look would really balance the car out. possibly carbon bonnet, wing mirrors, b pillars, roof and handles. with darker wheels would make that look truely mean. maybe even a set of headlight eyebrows as well. i'm not a massive VS fan but do appreciate the hardwork and effort that goes into them and that one does look good. well done and good work.

i say don't buy one. there are too many people buying them at the moment. i like the fact that my car is rare, draws attention and isn't common. if you lot keep buying them i'll have to find something else only joking. i think the 350z is one of nissans best kept secrets, not everybody knows about them, and the ones that do, really respect the car. just remember its not an out an out sports car it is, to all intense and purposes a GT cruiser, and thats how nissan designed it. it will eat up the miles on long drives and has lots of grunt so you don't have to change up and down lots to overtake or accelerate. it handles well in the corners but it is a heavy car, if your looking for elise performance, go buy an elise. i think you would call it a good all rounder. it has the looks the power and the performance with out being the best in any it puts most of its competition in the dirt. RWD makes it fun to drive and puts FWD miles behind. after tracking it the other day it really does show how well it handles and the weight balance is very good and the car remains very controllable even under mental circumstances test drive it, but make sure its a good test drive, go do a mix of country roads and dual carriageway the odd high speed corner etc, so you can really feel how it handles. at the end of the day its not for me to persuade you, its for you to persaude yourself

never, but then i'm not lowered

what issues are you having with your headlights?
-
thats a nismo front with an added carbon scoop
-
i think there is a tool in the kit under the boot underlay for removing the stud

my bet would be toyo's very soft sidewalls, had them on a previous car and you do get more lateral movement with them, but once your driving adjusts to them they're not to bad. although not my choice of tyre these days alot of others run them on here and not really heard many complaints. the toyos dry handling wont be as good as the stones, but in the wet the toyo should out perform the stones.

i use meguairs carnuba wax, its a nice mid range product and does a very good job. and is easy to apply and remove. i use 2 terry's cloths. one to put on, and one to take off. if that helps.
