  1. got a link to them, am thinking of going a similar route while doing sports cats at the same time
  2. must admit, its been about 5 years since i've actually had to do any of it, so i am out of practice. will hopefully be able to point you in the right direction
  3. well done guys glad it all got sorted. look forward to seeing it next weekend
  4. Sorry BM just seen this post as i was looking at your adventures in with CS, my apologies. yes they should be able to sort something out like this. can't remember off hand what the average hourly rate is for them but its in my P3 service page if that helps for future reference. Glad CS was able to sort you out he's a top bloke and him and andy do top work. if you want to check anything out from them in the future i have a contact number for them, they are really helpful and rik will always try and sort it out for you. and if he thinks its going to get expensive he rings and has a chat to see what you want to do.
  5. if weight reduction is your new path to enlightenment then EPRacing have made a whole range of carbon fibre parts to reduce weight. including the doors, front wings, bonnet. there is also a Carbon rear boot available. getting rid of luxuries helps as they all weigh a bit, so throw the aircon, electric seats, radio out and all the speakers removed. the money you'd spend lightening the car out properly you'd be pushing supercharger money. the 350z is not an out and out race car. its a sports coup GT cruiser. the engine is designed with lots of torque to allow fast long driving with minimal gear changing. the car is designed to eat miles up and eat them quickly.
  6. parenting is the big one here. your only as good as they way you were brought up, and in some cases, dragged up. i teach a real mix of students at my school and actually there are still nice kids out there. and as a side note a lot of the difficult ones i teach are actually quite nice as well, they just get bored and switch there brain off.
  7. i use safari and just click on the maximisze button and they go super big but it is tedious having to click on the maximise button first
  8. if they have been properly refurbed in the uk, would they not be better than a new set. my reasoning is jap paint on wheels is crap in the UK, your only going to do a couple of winters before the bubbling reappears and you'll be out of warranty and this time you'll have to pay to have them refurbed yourself. and so would be straight back to where you are now. uk paint is generally better wearing on our very salty roads in winter. if all your missing is 4 blue dots but the wheels are well finished and look emaculate and you haven't had to pay as its all warranty work just get a marker pen and put them back on yourself just my opinion, personally if the wheels look spot on what to complain about? you haven't had to pay anything so its all free anyway
  9. I'm hoping it was Gordon brown, but i fear it may have been a pigeon
  10. probably didn't think, started and noticed the issue, but by then too late. i'm renowned for not engaging my brain all the time. i pi$$ed my wife off last year when i layed the new kitchen floor. i put dust sheets down in the living room, but i didn't empty the sink of dirty plates and just cracked on, was mixing adhesive in the room, got dust everywhere. actually i don't think i covered anything in the kitchen up i hasten to add she wasn't happy. but then i get it from my dad. he pulled down the bathroom ceiling once and the most he did was put the loo seat down. toothbrushes and towels etc were all still in there. my mum was proper narked at the time
  11. what kind of price are these?
  12. you may have to wait as they are rare as rocking horse poo
  13. give me some topics that your covering and i might be able to check them, i did engineering design and technology at coventry and spent a year covering pure mathematics as well as fluid dynamics and solid mechanics. i can't guarantee i can help but i might be able to. if husky was here he might be able to as well, as i seem to remember his degree was in mechanical engineering although he now specializes in electrical engineering.
  14. i have a repair thats needed on the rear arch and had contemplated using something similar to CA, but speaking to my trust body shop they said similar to Vale, so i'll save up a bit more and get them to re-spray the whole wing. it will cost more, but i know it will be good.
  15. i've done design work for years, and done things on the side, it makes me laugh some times what peoples expectations are on here. people want something for nothing and they want it yesterday, and at the same time they think they are doing you the favour not really had any problems with the vinyl stuff i do as most of the people are off here and are pretty good. but i've had a few. the usual is "how big do you want it?" reply "what ever you think is best" "just knock this up for me" but i get a verbal description and nothing to work from, have to search and guess the picture, and alot of the grpahics i work from are too small to vectorise so i have to draw them by hand. some of those decals i've made have taken hours to draw by hand but hey ho thats life
  16. waste of time and space some of them, they need strict boundaries and there parents are supplying it to them, parents let them run wild, teachers are very limited in what they can do with them its just the police left and there hands are tied because of the government. we need to leave the EU, or at least stop following all there policy's to the letter like the human rights crap they keep printing. we're the only country that do, every one else must be laughing at us
  17. well the only O2 sensors near the exhaust are the ones in the Cats. wonder if something has bounced up or you have grounded out and knocked your O2 sensors
  18. i only have a couple, and only the free ones; can any one say "tightarse" got a spirit level, paper toss, sniper game

  24. congrats mate, now this time don't crash it
  25. get him to right it all down on a piece of paper next time, my guess is you have a leak before the cats, as there are no sensors after the cats
