  5. i'm not setting any trends put it that way. the wheels are done, i just have some work to do to them tomorrow. i have some pics, should i post them up now or wait till all complete then put them up?
  6. I was waiting for your comment Jay cos I'm seriously thinking about these due to the non-availability of the Afterburners they are really nice rims, these were my first choice for 19"s am doing something else though now. What ? you dragging up an older post just because i didn't answer the last time you asked i'll post pics when i'm ready, nothing major i just like to build the tension. should be finished by then end of tomorrow.
  7. to be honest the linea corse dyna's are a lovely wheel and worth the getting, no one has them on the zed in the UK at the moment although others have shown interest. like i said the shadow chrome version is nice
  8. can see these looking good in satin black on your zed....
  9. thats cos you live up norf where electricity hasn't been discovered yet the closer to london the more expensive work gets
  10. never thouht about fitting a gauze to the nostril, nothing to say you can't, if you go to halfrauds and look in the body shop section, they have an aluminium gauze used for repairing across wide areas and would do the job, just shape it over the rear and bond in place, then fir it to the bumper.
  11. your looking at around £300 for spraying, but thats if its just a straight spray, most replicas require extra work to get them to the point of spraying, depending on the quality of the bumper depends on the over all cost outcome
  12. if your running short ram i'd look at getting a nostril for the bumper to let more air into intake. this should mean you'll only get heat soak at low speeds and traffic, but once on the move all should be good and you should see better benefits. never come across either of the filter systems. but look forward to seeing the new setup. as for power loss with all things NA gains and losses are always fairly small to be honest i doubt the butt dyno would notice.
  13. not the weave, but the fact its about twice as thick as normal vinyl
  14. i wouldn't buy a whole new wheel, you could get all 4 refurbed in any colour you want and have lips polished etc. for half the price of a new volk
  15. if they won't send you the paint code will they sell you enough for someone to do the repair
  16. i'm guessing you used the foliatec stuff http://www.foliatecshop.co.uk/shop/foli ... -p-80.html
  17. i rang CF 2 weeks ago, and they were looking into where my original engine cover is/was, still no reply, will ring again tomorrow
  18. Flat surfaces are fairly easy, but anything with complex curves; as BM will tell you are a PITA.
  19. What colour do you need, I have a silver one in my garage.
