  1. the x150s are coming down nicely, but the x100s are appreciating.
  2. from the man who bought a 911, I remember you telling me you'd worked out what your monthly depreciation was on that thing. As with anything people who have the money will buy them new; regardless. Why else have Alfa lasted so long.
  3. upgrade to bigger wider Tyres and a good geo setup and the handling is transformed, mine was planted in the wet.
  4. Waiting on the new Nokia on win8, got bored of htc, fancy an os change
  5. I took it off not because its a Nissan, but because the Nissan burger is so ugly. As badges go its not very pretty. My xkr currently has no badges on the rear, but that's only cos they fell off with the rust. Have since removed rust. But not replaced badges.
  6. I'm not a ford or Vauxhall fan if I got anything from the vxr range I'd be tempted to stick the Opel badge on it. When I had my zed, I debadged the Nissan burgers and kept jut the zed logo. Everyone whining reminds me of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QX39_tJiUQ4
  7. I much preferred my S2000 over my zed, far better drivers car, lighter, better feedback, more nimble, pedals were better laid out, heel and toe w's easier, gear box was like a Springfield rifle. But it is horses for courses. One mans pedigree is another mans mongrel.
  8. makes me miss my old mr2 mk3, cracking cars
  9. should have got a jag, thats what all the cool kids drive......said no one ever
  10. tablet typing for you
  11. Is this the Nissan support group room? You bought the car for you not your mates, if your happy who gives a flying ****!
  12. Its 100% Porsche, its not like they buy in Hyundai coupes and re badge them. The Cayman and boxer are just aimed at different markets. Is a db9 a poor mans DBS? I tend to find the people who make these comments drive crap cars. Its a form of car envy, they can't have it so they'll try and make you feel crape about it as well.
  13. If it was my money I'd get the Cayman, I prefer the look to the 911, but I'd still love a 911 as well at some point
  14. that's like saying the 350/370z isn't a GTR all good cars in there own right, and the kind of comment people make when they can't afford a Porsche. front wheel scrabble wagon; its got wrong wheel drive
  15. seems I was just unlucky Refunded quickly, and email ticket contact method seems to work.
  16. It would have been missing from the get go. Nissan was very optimistic. Some made the grade lots didn't.
  17. prices were unbeatable, i think if i'd ordered them straight away, i'd have had no issue, but i fannied around and mulled it over for a week, end result is i'm taking my order else where, and will have to have a serious think if i use them again or not.
  18. never got any tracking details, i have an inkling what happened, i saved a set of tyres in my shopping cart, but didn't purchase them, went to do it 4 days later and the price had gone up on the tyres, but the ones i had in my cart were on the old price. they didn't want to still give me the saving and fed me a bull story about funny courier issues.
  19. ok so my ordeal with them was not so good, although i think it was a UK courier issue. ordered 3 weeks ago, after 8 days no tyres emailed them, after another 8 days still no tyres, re emailed them, they told me the couriers had lost them so they couldn't supply me with replacements, cancelled my order and have apparently refunded me the money. my question, why couldn't they just send me replacements?
  20. does resetting the ECU only lead to an inaccurate reading as the results although positive, are only temporary as the ECU relearns the driving style and then settles back to what it was pre reset? Not sure the time period to return to previous though.
  21. Early cars were 276 BHP, but it was found many years ago a lot of them never made those figures even when new. Several members found many years ago that the cars could be down as much as 30 BHP. All depended on the engine. Some made the figures others didn't. Dino figures are only good for base lines for nodding and testing, or pub willy waving.
