Funny old business, selling cars privately or part exchanging. Dealers charge the earth but don't seem to want to give a retrospective and fair p/ex for a trade in. Out if interest, I offered my 370Z Nismo in p/ex for a nearly new i30N hatch and a year old Yaris GR Circuit. Mine doesn't seem to be worth anywhere near what I expected.

Will do Martin. Yesterday was the last of the planned meets for this year. They've not yet worked out the dates for next year but I will publish here when I find out. As a guide, they're every six to eight weeks between March and October. -

Thought I'd post a few photos from this morning's meet at Fourways Engineering. A wide variety of cars and the biggest number of classic Zeds that I've ever seen. -

Minor mod time, new set of aluminium RAYS valve caps to replace the now manky Z caps that have been on for over three years.

I just noticed that, thought I was going mad!

Abbey Motorsport, I wouldn't take my Z anywhere else. -
Hey Matt, what a great thread. Keep up the good work!

If it's legal, which it looks to be, their name and postcode will be printed under the registration.

Thanks, I think that's about right. My Z is on 25k miles at nearly six years of age, so something I'll get done at some point next year.

How about the frequency of oil changes for a manual box 370Z. Is that maintenance free as well?

Proper detailed wash and a pre-winter polish and protection. Even the wheels came off for a thorough scrub up of their insides.

I've been umming and ahhing about replacing the standard RAYS, which really are stunning wheels, but I just fancy something different. My current faves are JR5s, shown here on another V2 Nismo. I'm thinking bronze as that seems to work well with most body colours.

Looks stunning, reasonably priced as well.
