  1. Thanks, if the Z was a long term keeper then I might invest in something like this. But I'll keep this info in my back pocket for consideration.
  2. I had a sneaky suspicion that would be the case.
  3. Yeah I get that Pete. What I'm want to do is get Waze from my phone onto the car's nav screen, per my question.
  4. As much as the standard sat nav is 'okay', I want to start using Waze if possible for a couple of upcoming trips, one being into Europe. So, I have the Waze app on my phone - how, if at all, can I connect and display on the car's actual nav display screen? Would it be purely by Bluetooth and/or by use of the aux input sockets within the centre armrest storage? Or is is just an impossibility, given the low tech state of the whole system? Sorry for the dim questions - this sort of thing isn't my specialist subject! Cheers for any help or guidance.
  5. Yeah, but that's taking the wee-wee to extremes surely. I can't imagine anyone paying that for it, I certainly wouldn't when , as you say, you can get a lot for £45k.
  6. So many dealers on the "classic" and "modern classic" bandwagon these days, trying to inflate the price of anything.
  7. I saw a low miles 2020 370Z Nismo for sale in an indie dealer the other day for............. £45,000 They weren't even that new at the last knockings, were they?
  8. Happened to me when I bought my 370Z a couple of years ago. Even the dealer hadn't noticed (couldn't be arsed?) that the DVLA had it down as a 350Z. A phone call to DVLA after I got it home got it sorted.
  9. Just 45k miles? A good find. Hope you get to know and enjoy it.
  10. Have you got a link for that show? I can't find the details despite searching. Ta...
  11. Coming along to the Forest Row meet on Sunday 9th April Martin? Would love to see the car. Anyway, who did the ceramic coating for you?
  12. Next one, Sunday 9th April (Easter Sunday). This month's theme area - Soft Top Sunday. Bring your convertible Z!
  13. Firstly, sorry to hear of your wife's ill health. Car and Classic auctions are a different kettle of fish, I've know a few to sell successfully there. One winning buyer, only one person to come round and take the car away. Okay, there's a commission to pay if sold, but if you don't achieve your reserve, just pull the plug - nothing ventured, nothing gained and it's not cost you a penny. That really is a stunning TR6 - I only wish I had a spare garage space for it!
  14. What happened after Abbey gave their diagnosis?
  15. If only Barnsley wasn't so far from Surrey! They'll be snapped up pretty quick anyway.
  16. Next meet is on Sunday 12th March. Last Sunday's was pretty good with over 200 cars counted in during the morning. The Jap area was rammed as well. All welcome next month, but the theme will be German stuff in their separate area this time.
  17. Welcome along, looks like a sound purchase. I'm no expert, but I imagine that a white 350Z is quite a rare beast. I can't recall ever seeing one before.
  18. Looks good Martin, hope to see it sometime. Maybe bring it along to the Forest Row meet on 12th February if you can.
  19. Welcome along, that looks like a very clean example.
  20. I was thinking exactly the same! A bit like me had I been named Keith Jones Horley Surrey RH6!
  21. Thanks Stu, arrived yesterday. Top photos as usual - I thought I hadn't made the grade, but I didn't realise that it ran up until January 2024! Zero marks for me for not paying attention then!
  22. Photo overdose! Excellent, enjoyed looking through them.
