Wasn't sure where to put this, but I bought a pair of them last week from a UK seller on ebay (motor_performance), think they were roughly £13 delivered. I opted for the clear instead of black ones. I wasn't expecting too much but they're nice & bright, orange & fit perfectly. No wobble or wonkiness. Only time will tell how long they last. Have you tried it manually in the drivers door lock? I've then start at finding out if it has power at the battery.

On the way to work yesterday & this morning at around 6.10am & a silver 350Z passed me around the same time on Carrington Road A6144, I flashed both times but didn't see any sort of acknowledgement back. Didn't get the reg but it had a large wing on the back.. Not seen this one round here before.

I had mine done almost 2 years ago at Drury Lane Service Station in Failsworth. They had what looked like a welder, but was actually some sort of induction thing that heated the area up around the bolts & they just came loose. Worth looking them up, they know their stuff.

Maybe you or the hoover bumped / knocked it & you hadn't realised what it's function was? Maybe there's nothing actually wrong.

I can just manage to get to them from the top. Using ratchet spanners help a lot. Remember that as the bolt is upside down, you'll loosen the way you'd normally tighten, if you go from above. Just don't forget to loosen the bolt in the centre of each pulley first, IIRC they're 12 or 14mm.

Sure I've posted this before too. Parked up on Trafford Wharf Road just after 8am this morning, appeared to be taking to someone or dropping someone off. MM08 PBU, shows as being a 313bhp GT 350Z.

Maybe if you can find a decent used branded one on ebay (if you were to go down that route), then take it & your Z to an exhaust place for them to fit, plus you'll get the choice of many tips, so you'll be able to get as close to OEM as possible.

Without stating the obvious, you sound more than capable of doing this job, but could it just be a case of the piece of hose you're using isn't 100% tight around the nipple causing a tiny bit of air to enter the hose where you've pushed it on, making it look like air is in the system?

I've got the standard NGK PLFR5A-11 plugs I fitted to mine last year. I've always fitted NGK's.

As you were going sideways, there's a very good chance you've damaged a suspension or steering component. Sounds like they've just performed an alignment as that's what you asked them to do. Inspection should have been mentioned & checked beforehand.

Everyone loves a polished tip. I get under mine & do the Arkgrip every once in a while with the bumper tuck.

Heard this one before I saw it under the M60 bridge heading from Stretford towards Sale. It was smoking a little & the back bumper was somewhat sooty. Around 12.30pm today YG04 I think was the start of the reg.

This was driven out of an engine replacement garage this morning on the recovery truck. Not sure what they were doing on it but it was parked there for quite some time..
