  2. Speaking of service my 17 had the services at 1000, 3000, 10,000 and i sold it. Second one had 6 services by 42,000 when i sold it. I did a p3 at dealer on it took 4 hours. Including full inspection and greasing all the door hinges and changing coolant etc Brake fluid was already done from abbey when discs were changed. My current one has had 9 services and did miss one in 2018. It was within 10,000 miles. All services done within 10,000. Recently it had 3 services including p3 (51000) from 41,000 to current mileage 53000. It will have an oil and oil filter along with air filter change before Winter. Then a tranny oil change and diff oil by 61,000 early next year if ive still got it. £500. Tranny oil is 9 liters being auto. Nissan recommend service every 9000 miles. But an oil change at is recommended at least every 6000. Then brake fluid, coolant every 30,000. Sparks every 4-5 years checked during service for debris build up. Brake fluid some people recommend it should be changed more frequently like 18 months. Diff and Tranny is debatable .... for me im doing mine at 60k and if i was keeping it again at 100k.....Its not cheap and just as pricey than a p3 service being auto. So if you did it with a p3 youre looking at near £1000. Same as a 911 lol Unless you know a guy...
  3. Yeah China have over 20 large EV companies and startups. Im not familiar with mainland but im sure their infrastructure isn't perfect. Companies like BYD, Geely shift quite a few cars locally. You got Polestar and SAIC One thing he mentioned about some companies rebranding to start selling EVs. Sad thing is Nissan had the Leaf out over 14 years ago. They didnt capitalise and allowed Tesla to get majority the market share with Model S and X. The Leaf should have had a redesign and Infiniti could have had some electric models with the whole brand electrified in 2016 with the help of Renault. Now theyre having money issues. They just about made their main models hybrid and the electric SUV Ariya has some defects "black screen" and arrives close to 50k 14 years after. Laziness cost them. Other car manufacturers Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Ford, Jaguar seem to have made moves to overtake Nissan and eat into their market further. Porsche and Lotus are next to enter. It would be very hard to make headway in a sea of competition. Theyll have to go back to selling at 30-40k
  4. Chances are it most likely sold close to asking price which is what it cost brand new around £40,000. Unless it was a mate that bought it lol
  5. They say it will go into production in 2024. It definitely wont be cheap. Im assuming it will be direct competitor to Boxster and Cyberster/MGC Roadster. This is how I see it playing out in the next few years Potential Sports EV Boxster/Cayman - £60,000 - £74,000 MGC - £50,000-£60,000 Nyobolt - £70,000 Nissan Max Out Roadster - £55,000 Lexus LFA successor with Toyota developed gearbox- £95,000 Tesla Roadster - £120,000 Audi TT Successor - £50,000+ MX5 Plug in Hybrid - £35,000
  6. My brother drove from Carlisle to London about 5 hours i think on single tank in 350Z and still had a bit left. Theres a chance they might have decent price
  7. An attempt at impartial some good stuff Panorama, Electric Cars: Is It Time to Buy?: www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m001mwr2 via @bbciplayer
  8. Listening to an MG podcast one guy spent £28.80 on charging to get 100 miles range. Instavolt public charger 👀....Thats Z money 😮 💰💰
  9. Lool ill remember its not wacky races or cannonball run. I think if it was a run over a few days ie Europe I would probably have a walkie talkie. Ill try stick with the group 😂. If i can get the Saturday and Sunday off can make it. Ideally would be nice to have had it on the following weekend
  10. As time goes on the tech will get better. No more waiting 30 minutes for 70% range. Whats this about paying road tax if the cars over £40,000 😂. £10 per year for some models right now. Meanwhile my brothers 0.9L Toyota IQ is free.
  11. Its no longer on there. Sold. Someone was willing to pay over new money for 3 year old Nismo. The timing was right when i bought the first. This guy paid £17,000 more than what my 3 month old cost lol
  12. 2.5 hours and 148 miles to the starting point. Thats a 6AM start like North Wales and Peak District. Ill have a look as working that weekend. What time you reckon will return to Abergavenny? If its 2-3pm can get back to London for 6pm and still make it to work 🤣
  13. Lucky guys. Coming from up North. Had a compliment from the Ferrari guy about the simplicity and design of the 370. In exchange I did learn some things yesterday about the Ferraris and Carbon Fiber Brakes!
  14. The more reviews i see the more im convinced the car will need Tires, Suspension and Exhaust minimum to be bought up to standard. Not to mention an aftermarket front bumper. Looking at a cool £5000. After spending £40,000 to get the car to the ship.
  15. Lunch time watch. Building on from Datsun Origins. Wont steal your whole hour 😆
  16. Lets face facts. Nissan is done with ICE and only lives on through its fans.....and One out of 3000 people here loves EV. So it an Era change. Everyone knows about its famous undercutting the market. They put the common man in sports cars. Their job is done 😂👍🏽. I used to post the adverts of the older Zeds on IG and People loved them. Can post documentaries, Adverts and production videos in here. Any model is welcome! This documentary made my mate in the west country want to buy a GTR. Id love him to get it as I get to borrow it to use on the amazing local roads near Gloucester. He used to be a German guy. Hes waiting for the baby to get big and go to high school. 😂. Enjoy
  17. Funny enough MG bought a couple of dealerships in London with Nissan renting space 😂. Nissan made the decision to not build any more combustion engines. A big factor in Z not coming This cars being fast forwarded because Nissan, Tesla and Porsche have talked about this EV roadster/coupe for years. I think the ppl out in the sticks or West country can hold onto ICE a bit longer than us Londoners. Especially with the traffic levels, ULEZ and proposed congestion charge for all vehicles. I got a charger at home lol
  18. Got an email from Toyota assuming lots of cancellations and minds changed up the list I went lol Toyota have raised the configurator price of the GR86 from £29995 for the manual to £32495 and auto £34495 from £32,495 Flipping it would be tricky as theres 10 cars not moving over the last week or 2 lol. Theres no automatics for sale ATM. Black is £0 option and default colour. I cant see much profit here. £36000 on Autotrader was already high. Toyota are smart raising the price. Not many sane ppl will pay over 35k to be 2nd owner on it. Apparently 450 cars was the amount of the first batch. Im assuming it will be limited to under 2000 cars by next year when its done. Its also getting canned in Australia by 2025 I dont know if its worth the headache of being stuck with it and cant sell lol
  19. Wont be cheap. £50-£60k. Top spec 540 bhp AWD. Apparently 5000 ppl registered interest in China
  20. Get Mudguards youll be fine! It looks like 2-3 days of rain every 7 to 10 days this month. Ill take that as a perfect British Summer! 😎
  21. They attract more boyracers. Also cause more drag if not fitted or designed properly lol...
  22. Good to see a Mk2 without a large wing 😄.
