  1. Genuinely look forward to seeing this post updated! Nice one guys
  2. We may have different favourite auction sites, I can't find it EDIT: We do have the same favourite, my searching skills were incredibly poor... found it now! Can't see it ever going for 6k... not even half... A lot of people don't understand my plate and probably think its a @*!# cheap one but then some people get it straight away and think its good... can't please everyone but I'm happy with mine!
  3. the 370/350 cross over got me confused... I suppose the whole thing would make more sense if it was all in English but it didn't seem impressive to me...
  4. How did you get it for £22 may I ask, did they misquote at first and then have to honour it? I was quoted £51 and am just wondering how I can go about getting it for £22
  5. My Blox NEO from tarmac (as mentioned above) arrived today... i'm happy with the way it looks although I haven't fitted it yet!
  6. Personally if it was me I would go for an aftermarket stainless steel Y-pipe. All depends though on your funds obviously as you could probably get a secondhand OEM Y-pipe for £50-£60 odd whereas any aftermarket stainless steel one is going to be at least £100+ depending on manufacturer. The Cobra ones from the Cougar Store are £275 and Clark Motorsport have developed their own Y-pipe which is £250-£270 odd depending on pipe size you go for. Link: http://www.350z-uk.c...lable-from-cms/ Link: http://cougarstore.c...c0f2d2ff1b32aee There are of course the eBay "specials" which I wouldn't recommend but they are a lot cheaper. Some stainless steel ones around £100 or less but no idea how well they'd fit or the quality of them so it would be a gamble. Fyi ~ Changing the Y-pipe won't make the car louder at all imo (it's just pipe work/no baffles). Thanks for the details Gareth I'll update this thread when I've had the Y pipe checked... although I can't promise it will be very soon!
  7. thanks guys, I had a look and couldn't find anything coming from the intakes as suggested and my instinct is going with Y pipe as it sounds like its coming from right in the middle of the exhaust system... so i'll see when I can arrange to get it looked at but it's that busy time of the year now! would you suggest getting an OEM Y pipe, probably second hand or should I go for a stainless steel one? I'm worried something like a Stillen will make it too loud as it's only my Y pipe that's standard at the moment
  8. Yeah, that's what made me post about it to be honest... I expected something different if it was blowing but was the only thing I could think of I haven't checked the air intakes because I thought it was coming from the exhaust in a blowing type fashion but that's a good shout so will give that a go and report back tomorrow (bit dark now to play about) It was making the noise before I fitted the HFCs I got from you so if there was a problem I was expecting the garage to let me know my Y pipe was fooked but as they didn't I have just carried on. What's made me look into it is that I've had my headunit out for a few days while I replace it and have driven around in silence and its just got a bit annoying hearing this hiss so often, sounds like ive got a dump valve sometimes!
  9. The video is me just revving it up to like 4k and letting off, as it comes down you can hear a hiss... it also does this hissing if im accelerating and its under load... have I got a hole in my system somewhere? It doesn't sound like it should be doing that... I'll get it up on ramps and have a proper look but wanted to get another opinion first
  10. sounds pretty good, L2D is closer to me as well... which package did you do? They seem a lot more expensive that the Drift Limits ones
  11. yep, somebody breaking a 350 on ebay wanted £350 from me for a second hand set!
  12. that looks like such a serious switch! you could tell people it's for the ejector seat
  13. i've just got the pioneer you linked, its brilliant.. got reverse camera, can connect my phone to share the screen and phone calls etc. I'm not sure on that cable you have linked though as that's not what I got.... If you go on - http://incartec.co.uk/ - you can select your car and the headunit you currently have fitted, it will then show you what cables you need for it to retain steering controls (BOSE or NON BOSE etc)
  14. they've painted such random bits of the car too, what were they trying to achieve? Also, they only bought 1 can first time round... did they think they could spray their entire car with 1 can? Why didn't they test the paint? Why did it require a day off work, for both of them, to get 2 quotes on a professional respray? The story creates so many questions for me...

    CAR TRIM

Did you spot the one on the ashtray?
  16. I was expecting so much worse, from the pictures it does look pretty good actually whats it look like in the day?
  17. Anybody here done any of their sessions? I'm looking at their Drift Gold (full day) at the moment because there's 20% off buyagift which makes a pretty good saving on it! Wondering what people's opinions are, if they've had any experience with any of their packages... maybe the stunt driving?
  18. what about imgur, you don't even need an account for that?
  19. ignoring the fact its a T/T beast it looks stunning!
  20. depending on price i'd be in for the lights too...
  21. its made to be ran on vpower or similar, not standard unleaded?
  22. It's someone sending me money to pay off their UK credit card. yeah, that shouldn't be a problem mate it is a legit company as I said, just some scum bags use it for easy scamming Cheers btw, your surname isnt Diggler is it? Nope, first name isnt Durk(Dirk) either... be bloody good if I was called Dirk Diggler!
