At least there was no damage, just gives you a nasty feeling that some scum bag has been rummaging through your car! Exactly the same thing happened to me a few months back although they only made off with about £2.50! Left my dashcam though, I imagine they didn't see it as its hidden behind the rear view mirror (or in front of it, whichever way you prefer). I'm always concious of locking my doors, it makes me wonder how often somebody is going round at night trying their luck!

I've just done a quick search and don't find that to be true at all, cheapest I could find was £460 + postage... that was on O2 and wasn't even sealed Irrelevant now anyway as the phone is sold, mods please close

I haven't played it enough yet to say it's 'bad' but its certainly not as good as the hype... although nothing ever is! The handling is all a bit weird, hopefully they will fix that as it's bugged and the customisation is only deep on certain cars... others don't have much customisation at all. The fact it's only online is a pain in the arse because you can't pause the game and it just keeps coming up with phonecalls of people trying to start races, filling the screen when you are in the middle of a race... it's all things that could be sorted in updates I guess

Yeah this is true, it used to be ramp rental and was even featured on 5th gear but (so I've heard) the guy who ran it previously was a knob and ended up with lots of unhappy customers. New bloke bought it but couldn't get decent insurance to keep it as a ramp rental so now they are just a normal garage/mot station that does bikes and cars... Guy who runs it now is great though Oh didn't realise it's got new owner now. I've been there couple of times (about 3 years ago) and thought owner was ok. Something changed then lol Apparently he was taking money to do small jobs for people like changing brakes and then not doing them! The new owner got a lot of grief from previous customers coming back with serious issues from dodgy workmanship

Around £2300 for the Jenvey kit unless you can avoid VAT The other one seems pretty cheap though, even after currency conversion and import fees it's probably about £1k

+1. Jenvey ITB's were a popular route in the Cliosport world where people wanted to retain the NA characteristics of the car. Decent power/cost ratio. Also popular in the 106/saxo world as a step up from cams but below turbo in terms of gains... would be great to see a 350 running ITBs

My auto renewal came through the other day with Elephant at £960... a quick phonecall and they dropped it to £807 with me even asking about anything, they literally just said.. "OK so that's your renewal, let me see what I can do for you!" I haven't been able to find a cheaper quote anywhere so at this point im happy to stay! I rang an insurer that is on this forum, meeting their minimum of 21 years old and 1 year driving similar powered car (ive had my 350 for a year now) only to be told they won't insure me because of my age and the power of the car I've got 4 years ncb in 4 years of driving... no points or anything... I'm not sure what more they want from me
