I have a creaking noise and I'm guessing at the plastic round the strut brace. Gonna take it apart tonight and have a look. Sounds like it's coming from passenger side

About 5 ish today see black roadster going past M275 turn off, heading for M27 west.

Is there any part numbers you used? I don't mind sourcing them all myself but like others have said, it's so easy to end up with the wrong ones.

Supposedly the best place to go for an MOT is a council run MOT test centre, they won't fix anything and they don't sell parts or have any affiliates who do so any failures/advisories will be genuine. But if they won't fix anything will they just fail it on the stupidest little things? Like headlight adjustment. Would they bother adjusting it to get it passed or fail you and let you deal with it.

Yep I'm seeing this too. I was told my budget should get me a HR. At the moment there is no way I could get in one! Think I will hold out until the winter for them to hopefully come down a bit.

I'm really really gonna try not to rush into buying again. I was desperate for the the yellow GT4 for sale the other day. It wasn't anything I was looking for but it looked nice. Quite glad it sold quickly as I may have been disappointed not getting a newer model.

I think realistically I will be looking at a facelift. Which is no bad thing. If a HR pops up along the way then bonus.

Hope your right. Looking at some of them at the moment they are all north of 10k!
