  1. Have done none of those! Planning on doing the pacific coast highway in 2016 along with a 3 week road trip round California.
  2. I too have the bouncy rev needle you also mentioned but I do t have this issue. Have you tried the peddle dance to reset? Might cure it. Just a idea, apart from that I'm no help sorry
  3. I'm in Horndean and up for a meet somewhere.
  4. Hi mark. I have pm'd you. I'm ready to buy now. Let me know payment details
  5. No it's not a import. It's a 08 HR does it all the time, doesn't matter if it's rain or shine. It's a very weird one!
  6. Think another one you can see is "engine cover fitted" Think it's just a way of testers keeping out of s£&t
  7. Had this since I got it and thought I would try and find a solution. From what I can hear and feel it is causing no issues with performance at all. When coming off the gas the rev needle bounces instead of moving smoothly. Any one seen this before? Is it a easy problem to sort out? Cheers
  8. No doubt it. You will need a repspray first and then have this fitted. This is a clear film, so if you don't have a replay first you will still see your chips
  9. Balls missed out on battery covers again!
  10. There are some 2006 in the lower tax band. Would defiantly look at the difference between the 3 different engines. Personally I went with the hr because it was newer, had the revised engine which had a bit more power and the bonnet bulge lol. As difficult as it may be try not to let the tax out you off. All hr owners will tell you it's only 2 tanks of fuel extra. If your budget can stretch I would seriously consider.
  11. Do you have a specific spec your after? Colour, year, interior? There is a really cheap HR In the for sale section that I'm amazed no one has snapped up yet.
  12. Even if you was to buy a st I would be putting higher grade stuff in. I did with my megane sport. I think you can get away with it in the HR but with the older cars you can't. And even with a HR I wouldn't dream of putting cheap fuel in!!
  13. I know you said about the servicing, don't forget it will be on age not on miles done. I'm sure you know that as you sound clued up.
  14. Can you not get it to a specialist? If I was the next buyer of your car I would prefer to see a specialist stamp rather than your local "speedy spanners" You will also get a better service Where are you located? I'm sure someone will know of someone local-ish to you
  15. From the description isn't it only the wheels that aren't OEM??
  16. Any one going to this I have put my name down so will hopefully be allowed on start/finish straight if early enough. These events always have a good turn out.
  17. I think I will be taking mine to horsham developments. Not in Portsmouth but defo worth the travel for the reputation they have
  18. I would also be interested in this if it's still available? Pm me with details if it is
  19. My girlfriend got so annoyed she paid apple to have her battery replaced a few months back. Hopefully can get a refund on that now!
  20. With all that fitted how different is the car? The map is next on my list
  21. Yeah it has affected my girlfriend. But she had already had a replacement at Apple for a new battery at a cost of 50 quid. Hopefully she can get a refund for that now
  22. Apple have finally admitted to iPhone 5 battery issues. Also I didn't know this but you can have you sleep/wake button replaced if faulty. Check out these links and add your serial number to see if your one of the lucky winners https://ssl.apple.com/support/iphone5-battery/
  23. Haha. First time the car has been impractical. Will have to take the van instead! Thanks for checking!
  24. Hopefully you all have had more experience in this. I need to pick a suitcase up but not sure if I will get it in the boot! It's this one http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_36536+T42387_-1 What you think?
