With chicken I use the spice pots. Just shake it ion wrap In tinfoil and cook for 20 odd minutes. I get a morrisons pack of chicken breast on a Sunday and Wednesday and split it over 3 days Approx 170 g every day.

Oh and excersise I pretty non existent at the moment. I have been cycling a few times. Only for about 6 miles a time but everything is uphill round here so it's killer. Also been doing some kettle bell work outs but want to see a PT before I carry on as I know it can be a bit dodgy when done wrong.

Haha sorry. Glad you found the question in there somewhere. I do actually cover the chicken in a spice shaker thing before cooking but still need to have sauce. Will try tomorrow with no sauce. Found it really easy so far. It's the only time I wish I had a office type job so I could heat things up. Working from a van all day my options are limited. The wraps are really working for me tho

Hope you don't mind asking a quick question for the experts. I too am trying to loose weight. My diet was awful. I now have a banana for breakfast At lunch I have a skinless chicken breast in a wrap with rocket and onion, now here's the bit I'm not sure of, I also but BBQ sauce in it to make it taste nicer! Is this bit of BBQ sauce going to just make it all pointless?? I have a healtynish dinner. Normal meat and veg. I started at 16.3 now down to 15.8 and using my fitness pal. Have set this at loosing 2lbs a week and it has me on 1440 calories a day. I have a feeling this is quite low. Today I upped it to losing 1.5lbs a week which has put me on 1690 cals a day. Now I know it's not all about calories but for me this is the easiest way to track what I eat. Sorry for crashing your thread!

So decision has been made. I'm going yellow. Conduit on order. Now need to hunt for some of the hoses. Bit of a problem I have no idea what's what or what they are called. Like the S shaped one above in blue what's that called. From the radiator? Is it easy enough to change or will things need draining first? This is gonna be fun!!

Still not sure on colour. Thinking maybe purple. Can't find purple conduit. It's out of stock with the dude on ebay. Will look a bit harder at some point

Have you tried using my fitness pal? I'm currently at 16st been "dieting" for last couple weeks and been very strict with inputting what I eat into the app. You pit on your details and it will tell you how many calories a day you can have. It really does make you open your eyes in how many calories you consume a day. And if your really strict and put everything in, that sneaky chocolate bar shows up and you can't pretend like you haven't eaten it. Really is a great help.

Right it's time to do some dressing up under the hood. Can't quite decide on what colour to go for yet. Gonna start with some conduit to wrap around the existing cables and go from there. So far I have a carbon dipped slam panel and carbon bonnet lifters. Really don't want it all in carbon tho. Want something that pops. Car is silver with tan interior so instantly wanted orange but as someone on here has nailed the orange already wasn't sure of even attempting it Any ideas please shoot!

Right this only happens when I really boot it. I can smell burning. When driving round the town normally everything is fine, but if I get up to the limiter that's when I can smell burning. I think i can only smell it when the window is down. Not really looked enough for a pattern of events which I may have to do at some point. Had a search and a lot of our US friends and mentioned the same and have just said it's normal. Any one else have this? Have had a quick look at the exhaust and can't find a carrier bag which is what I was hoping. I have put the car in neutral and let it Coast to see if it was the brakes stuck on or something but they seem fine. Only other thing is the clutch? Doesn't smell like clutch but then I haven't smelt that a lot in my time. It's a 08 HR if that makes any difference. Cheers
