350Z cherry about to be popped
davey_83 replied to SalisburyFFC's topic in Introductions & Welcome Messages
Not seen a door handle on these that rough before, looking as it should now. Great choice for new rubbers and boy do they look good My rear washer for years didn't work, sorted it 18 months ago as it was the pump that had failed. https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/111683-db-nissan-350z-gt-05/?do=findComment&comment=1840653 -
Mate, that clutch fluid looks disgusting!! I think folks believe low mileage means hygroscopic fluid will last longer ๐ฉ

I replaced mine and had to re bleed after the garage's attempt left me with no clutch pedal the next morning. Ended up priming the slave cylinder and offering it up to the gearbox and this worked.

Ello n welkom Chuffed the cars gone to a great owner. I had his last set of wheels off him (Varrstoen ES2) and was shocked when he went to these as it's a brave choice. I hear what you saying, as Andy didn't use the car much and cars actually do like use. It's always the cars that are pulled out of the garage every now again, that develop unforseen problems. Can't wait for further updates ๐

Looks box fresh. Not that it needs it however, I would be looking to light smoke tint the headlamps and door handles too. Hopefully see this again at the Gaydon event in August

Using a magna plate giving it that clean look for meets and shows. Deep clean of the wheels during a weekly wash today, still using AG Magma which is my go to iron fallout remover.

I've had red stuff pads once (Almera GTi) and the friction material came away from the backing plate at around 50% worn, wouldn't ever buy again.

Looks incredible, you must be chuffed pal

Lovely pictures, thanks for sharing

Went out for a drive last night, pulling over for a night shoot. Typically phone battery was on its last legs and struggling in the low light, excuse the leveling ๐

[SOLD][SOLD] 05 350Z DE GT AZURE BLUE 117K ( Project bankrupt thread)
davey_83 replied to Azurez33's topic in Zeds For Sale
Sorry to see you selling up, and all the best with the sale. Very much worth getting a blue DE bumper to replace the custom one and remove the part wrap. Will help the appeal to prospective buyers no end. -
Never heard of PPF shrinking, however do know that for curvy sections (everywhere on a 350z) the patterns are cut a tad smaller than the panel allowing the installer to add stretch in places to reduce fingers/bunching. Which part of you rear bumper is PPF'd? Had my Z many years now and never noticed any impact damage to rear bumper or is it for protection form soot build up?

Much better, nice job sorted!!!

Cleaned up the scuttle a treat that has

I do want to get the bonnet done also, however needs refining beforehand. Which film did you go for and did your installer use a pattern or bulk PPF?

Will stick a post up on their FB group also. 350z / 370z pre meet details allowing for us to park together. Shell fuel station Manor Way Halesowen B62 8RJ 9:45am leaving shortly after.
