  1. I know America doesn't have any corners but 🤣
  2. All the best with the sale, lovely looking car and making great power too ✅
  3. Cruising oil pressure seems about right and warm idle should be around 15-20psi on idle. If you have a blockage, the warm idle pressure would be above spec also. If the oil filter looks like a cheap one, chances are the oil used will also be cheap. For the costs, I would change the oil and filter for peace of mind. Fuchs, Castrol Edge or Millers are all good oils *C3

    Wrap/Livery

Also worth dropping Byron a message at Top Wrapz Ltd, as he did a custom wrap on a 370z looking at the pictures on Google. Been there myself for work and the reviews speak for themselves. Top Wrapz Ltd https://maps.app.goo.gl/WHu8zrrFXs31pDCT6
  5. Following the poor attendance at Ace Cafe the other day something definitely needed to be said, without question. To let folks know you can't make it is common courtesy and I know first hand it makes the difference as you don't end up looking a prat to the venue owners not knowing your numbers. Only thing I will say is the Ace Cafe gig is ran clunky, both part of Ace themselves and possibly us. Now the best and easiest way to notify you won't be attending is on the thread you initially put your name down on. That thread circa 2 weeks before the event is closed, why I don't know. Now if you're swift on the forum and regularly drop folks PM's that's ok but it's not ideal compared to sticking a quick post on the thread itself. Limit numbers events I understand, however if say 25 spaces are booked and you have a thread of 25 cars (no reserve due to thread locking down weeks before the gig and that was the amount of interest up until then) to expect drop outs is the nature of the beast. Having to provide regs is clunky also as this further limits our ability to attach more members. Look at Japfest thread for this year, a tone of cars literally came on during the last few days of the thread. This is because of circumstance and the weather looking decent therefore folks are able to commit to events. Again a closed thread probably for this event in question limited the number of people wanting to attend. For the breakfast meet on Sunday gone, we literally had a couple that had the day before searched on Google 'midlands 350z 370z car meet' saw the active thread without restriction and came along. PERFECT situation, and they'll be coming to the next one. How exciting and another way to attract newbies. Now with a closed thread and a reg needing to be submitted, never would have happened. ACE need to loose that feature, does more harm than good. No shows are going to happen, no two ways about it. The means to easily put your hand up to notify someone, gone. Ability to attract late comers gone. What if a Z was driving pass Ace on the day, can I come in? No, your name's not down? Terrible, absolutely terrible however that's the impression given on the thread even if you did come across it online. I feel changes need to happen otherwise Ace meets will continue to die off.
  6. I really wouldn't bother taking off the sump, what's the concern with the warm oil pressure? Has the gauge gone up recently. Magnetic sump plugs aren't single use. Brake fluid change and wheel alignment are a great shout and providing you have plenty of brake wear material left a session or two at JDM Combe won't trouble them too much in terms of wearing out. Lower tyre pressures on the day to around 26psi and you're good. Be sure to hook up the dash cam too.
  7. Not even like that'll last a great deal either Alex ffs
  8. Yesterday for the first time ever put fuel in (not much mind) that was over £2 per litre. Absolutely disgusting the price currently and no signs of letting up either. Really beginning to think twice about car meets, events or even just going for a long drive due to the ever increasing costs. No one buys a 2 seater sports GT for its practicality or fuel efficiency, it's for fun an enjoyment essentially and that feels like its been slowly taken away sadly. Local Esso near me, 200.9p per litre for super unleaded 😩
  9. Seen it now a couple times and it's rather lush, seemless install
  10. Sadly sounds like it's had an impact of sorts 😔
  11. It's so nice, one of the best wrap jobs I've ever seen.
  12. Including non Z it was 15 cars, no official event created on FB with practical zero promotion as I purposely didn't want too many cars for an introductory meet. I'd be happy with 6 cars in all honesty, I use to aim for big numbers (achieved) however for meets who goes goes. No obligation on my part as all these meets, events and shows in all honesty are a luxury and none essential. For that reason I'm grateful for each and every person that turns up.
  13. Lovely work pal, in the end same number 50z as 70z 👍
  14. Few pictures from today MidlandZ breakfast meet in Worcester, couldn't have asked for a better day. Got home to this state, similar down the side steps - good job they're wear PPF ✅
  15. I've dropped a review on Google 👍 As far as invites go, today's was rather lovely. The Black Pig Company 01386 793464 https://maps.app.goo.gl/3GQMy6ydgmG9Bcdr9
  16. THANK YOU everyone for coming!!! That was full on, pre meet - venue - post meet. Rather exciting as this was a new venue for the club and we'll definitely be going back. The breakfast was AMAZING and has kept me going even till now. @Will370z that was so funny 🤣 they even serve flying toast!! bless you mate, Beck found it funny too. Also thank you all for a very warm welcome to my better half, we enjoyed it. Till the next time ☺️
  17. Can't beat to sound of a big juicy cone 🤗
  18. Kids ay, see you there fella. Route for tomorrow 😊
  19. Not seen a door handle on these that rough before, looking as it should now. Great choice for new rubbers and boy do they look good My rear washer for years didn't work, sorted it 18 months ago as it was the pump that had failed. https://www.350z-uk.com/topic/111683-db-nissan-350z-gt-05/?do=findComment&comment=1840653
  20. Mate, that clutch fluid looks disgusting!! I think folks believe low mileage means hygroscopic fluid will last longer 😩
