  1. I'm a big f1 fan, but been really bored the last couple of years. I enjoyed Hamilton's mclaren days, when he is in the zone he is a fantastic driver, both fast and good to watch....flamboyant. I really hope he finds that sweet spot more often in the Mercedes. Although that said I think the tyres have really gone against his driving style since moving from mclaren especially. I started watching Moto GP last year, not a bike fan but it has produced some brilliant close racing, I really really hope we get some Better racing in 2014 with this massive rule change. I'm worried it will be more a reliability and economy competition at first though, until they get their heads around it all that is. Either way, looking forward to Australia as with every year! 3. I just balanced the piece, on some newspaper - it sits quite nicely by itself so you can get to all angles. I did originally hang it but I quickly realised the paint may run easily so sat it on the bench. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I just rubbed it down to get all the old rubberised coating off, took It back to the original primer. I then cleaned it and smoothed it with a fine wet and dry (wet). I did paint it all in one go, although one side of the cut out where your hand goes in was a bit thin, but I made sure on coats 2 & 3 (on the same evening, dries quick) that I gave it enough coverage in that area. One thing I would say is that i think it would be quite easy to make it run if you spray too thick coats, so be careful. It's great stuff though, got mine off eBay. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. i literally never play my xbox any more, but for some reason I find it hard to stop myself buying this from you!! Please someone buy it before I waste money!

  7. Just realised this only works with Android. We've only got Iphones / Ipads so need to find the IOS equivalent.
  8. Great stuff! People sometimes mock them, but they are cracking fun. We've taken it to France a couple of times (ok we packed like we were going backpacking) and it was great fun blasting round country roads roof down! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. For anyone searching - I ended up fitting a windscreen mounted DAB aerial, seems good and constant reception. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Got our key case for another seller, from Germany. Made it at the weekend, all working fine. Did you guys need to trim the nissan badges to fit in the recess? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. SORN and Put ours in the garage yesterday, think we are just going to run it as a track toy later this year as it really isn't worth much to sell 😃 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Booking our spa tickets tonight ! Only plans so far are Amsterdam, down to Brussels and the to SPA for the f1, yet to plan anything else. All in the 350z of course 👠Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Thought I'd post some pics as I've been round these forums for a bit now, and I've gathered a lot of knowledge from some of you guys. The car is a 2005 UK (although spent its days in Ireland) GT Roadster with about 43k on the clock. We, I say we, I mean my girlfriend, bought it in December after months of looking; I merely make it look and go as it should! This is her "dream car" though so she's pretty excited. To be fair I do get to drive it too, so not all bad! We still haven't really started using the car as it still needs a few jobs doing, but I'm getting there. You may recognise it from a certain seller on here....I've done more than it looks at first glance! And here it is with it's out going, smaller cousin; So the car had the black wheels, mirrors and handles when we bought it, along with eibach springs and rear wheel spacers. I asked the seller to arrange for the front end painted due to stone chips and I've since done the following; - New dash clocks to convert from KPH to MPH and mileage restored. - New centre gauges to switch to MPH & MPG - Pioneer AVH-X3500DAB headunit - Retro fitted steering wheel radio controls - LED interior lights - LED side and number plate lights - New Mohair roof - Plasti-dip (spray) door pulls due to the usual wear. - Flip Key conversion - Mini interior & Exterior detail. Plans next are as follows; - Remove the springs (and probably spacers) and put standard back on (Big up to the ZED SHED for the help)...long story! - Dipped interior parts from Vlad - Facelift LED rear lights - Possibly some Rays ... Or ROTA Drift, if some come up for a decent price Let us know what you think! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I'm after a set of standard suspension springs. If anyone has a set please let me know. It's for a 2005 if that makes any difference. Thanks Mark Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. Had the same thing, topped up brake fluid right to max, and the lights went straight out! Out of interest, what obd adaptor did you get, I am looking at the wireless ones at the moment? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I think it depends on the actual branch. But I've used the one in Farnborough for 3 different cars, 4 MOTs in total and they have been very good every time. I'll be going back that's for sure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. It's only on loan for the show! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  23. PLG is the old class of taxing, so either above or below 1.6l - cars before march 2001. All cars after 2001 are in petrol car or diesel car class, and the fee depends on co2 output. There is another scale, that is cars registered after march 2006 (I believe) which have a high co2 output are subjected to even higher tax...as per the 350z and other gas guzzlers 👠Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Nice one, if you want skydiving book early, it gets busy. Do you want to camp or do you need accom. If so waht are you after, I may be able to recommend somewhere.
