Standard Rays (with 225/45/18 & 245/45/18) should be 35PSI all round.

I have the Berks HFC's on my 350z SiriusProjects and they do make a great improvement imo (great sound too ). It is worth noting that changing the CATs to HFC's or de-cats for that matter will throw up the EML but that is easily sorted with an UpRev eventually and not a big deal really. I ran my car for over 2 months with the HFC's before I got my UpRev done and the EML came on twice (I used the ECU reset to get rid of it each time). If your not planning on getting an UpRev done though you could just keep doing the ECU reset to clear the EML but it is advisable to get it remapped so that all the AFR is correct and you'll get the benefits of the mods you've done.

Not that expensive either and available in black too if that chromes too bright.

Cheers Bud..... I can say 1001% its worth it, there is something very relaxing about waxing the car, I find I mentally sort my working week ahead when waxing. Did mine yesterday afternoon and just in time too as it rained in the late afternoon. At least I could sit back and just watch the water bead off the car nicely afterwards.

Excellent job d95gas. Not enough people put the effort into waxing their cars properly so it's nice to see you giving the Zed the care it deserves.

If it is a problem with the Cat though changing the exhaust will make no difference. I'd be tempted to wait and see if the fault code comes up again myself before fitting the new exhaust because if you do need to replace the Cats then it will be easier doing that at the same time as the new exhaust is being fitted.

Do you know when the plugs where changed on the engine by any chance? Should be changed at 54K miles or every 5 years (whichever comes first). If you can take the plugs out it's worth checking to see if there is any oil on them first. You never know it could be the rocker cover case that has gone & is causing oil to leak onto the plugs possibly causing a misfire? Not sure where you're based but I'd try to see which garage trader on here is closest to you and send them a PM first before you start spending cash on things that may be ok. It may well be that the spark plugs do need changing but if you ask a pro they may be able to advise you better. You forget to look at a members build thread for just a few days and then they go & put some awesome exhaust system on their Zed! Look's incredible glrnet but we really need to hear it at full song, ...not just being tickled on your driveway.

I'm too generous with my toy's , but looking on the brightside, c### phone photo's mean no takers on my Zed. So after good long get my head straight talk with ZEUS, that could be a good thing,I might just say, to hell with my ailments and keep her My old man had to part with his TVR Cerbera many years ago because of continued back problems which I know was a dream car for him & he wasn't happy about letting it go. If you can keep it despite your problems (illness) then that would be great if that's what you really want. You only live once and all that so may as well do what make's you happy whenever you can.

Thanks for the info. Got a cheap (£10) speed bump which may give me just enough clearance to get the Zed in nicely. Otherwise I'm going to start looking at some of the other ideas like yours.

I'm more surprised he picked the 370z over the Audi R8 but still... Btw that Merc AMG is wicked jonny jones, but your parking is shocking. The R8 really did"nt feel that fast buddy! (sounded sweet) and body shape is really dated know! and there not eaven enough room to fit my pack lunch box in!! And thats eaven with parking asist on buddy! Seriously though you had a great looking Merc there and I really hope the Nismo 370z lives up to that & more.
