  1. Now that's an idea, ...or just sell your Zed and buy an already awesome turbo charged Zed. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82217-zed-tt-full-cosworth-forged-aps-twin-turbo/
  2. That's not going away now is it?! it's for life ! I told you I was right GM - Short for GrahaM And there was me thinking he just liked gunmetal ballistic missiles! F**k it I'm not explaining my user name again, ...think I'll just live with being called Graham from now on and change my name via Deed Poll.
  3. I'd imagine they are awesome. Big US company. http://www.stillen.com/
  4. ^^ What he said. Loving the colour mrb and imo it doesn't look too over the top either.
  5. ^^ Desperate Houswives is it? Not that I've ever watched it or will admit to watching it.
  6. Welcome aboard Paul. Good to hear you're enjoying your Zed.
  7. Maybe try a new thread to see if any members know of a good independent garage near you. Closest I can think of to you off the top of my head is TDi North but that's something like 2.5hrs away!!; http://www.tdi-north.com/ I'd listen to keyser though as he knows his Zeds.
  8. Have you had a look at this yet; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/73768-370z-twin-sc-build-never-posted-in-the-370z-area-before/
  9. "Easy" for some is mega hard for others, ...but sure you can take it all off and return to standard easily enough. The only thing is it will need remapping to suit the charger so it will need remapping again to return it to standard should you wish to sell it but still not hard. Not sure on the full spec of the 370z Nismo though as I'm rocking around in an older 350Z but you will have to do some supporting mods for the charger. E:g for my car I'd need better fuel injectors, higher flow fuel pump etc so you may need similar for yours depending on what it's got as standard.
  10. Doesn't sound well. Don't think it's the bottom end (as Keyser mentioned) but that noise definitely needs more investigation & I wouldn't drive it at all imo for fear of causing more damage. Where are you based? are you near any of the garage traders from on here that you can take it along to?
  11. Is it wrong that I'm slightly aroused by that photo It would be wrong if you weren't.
  12. You can use a photobucket account to do it which is free to join. http://s273.photobucket.com/ Just upload the video to photobucket and then use the direct url link to post it on here.
  13. Can't see the video sorry as I'm not on doucheface book. If you use a mechanics stethoscope (or the cheap option of a long screwdriver) and press the end against different areas of the engines block then you may be able to better pinpoint where the noise is coming from. Sorry I'm not much more help but without hearing it I'm just guessing blindly.
  14. For me it's like this as it's down to what you want to use it for. Drag strip/quarter miler/hill climb = turbo Track day/fast road = supercharger From what I've read up on as well the supercharger is the safer option for the Zed with lower engine temperatures and less overall stress on components especially for a daily driver.
  15. Thanks for that GIXXERUK. Bl**dy typical it's all on the same night though. Why can't they spread it out a bit.
  16. Owner only just bought it and now selling? Only done 2K miles on the rebuild? rubbish ad? engine bay looks ruff & unclean?.... Wouldn't touch it imo.
  17. Thanks for that. Going to see how it pans out first with this £10 speed bump idea. Will have to fix that to the concrete either way so I'll use the method you suggested and then if it's not enough clearance or doesn't work then I'll move on to keysers/your idea.
