  1. On my 370z the front windscreen washers don't spray, however when I pull the lever back to spray the front the rear windows washer sprays, this seems weird, are the 2 systems separate or linked in some way, it seems like a blockage on the front washer is forcing water to the rear, either that or it's an electrical fault with the switch. Anybody experienced this? Thanks, Paul
  2. Problem solved, I was right about the winter chill, batteries resistance increases with lower temp and the charger compensates by increasing voltage so no issues at all. This is the first car I've owned with a voltmeter so not familiar watching the voltage change over the seasons.
  3. I've noticed the last couple of trips the dashboard voltmeter is sitting at around 14 volts minimum, sometimes stays around 14.2 volts (although usually eventually drops to 14 volts). I'm sure it used to drop to about 13.7ish a few minutes after starting the car. I'm electrical savvy and know how a charging system works but from anyone's experience of these cars is this likely to be a charging circuit issue or possibly the battery starting to die. It has plenty of pep to start the car and so far is holding it's charge but this started occurring with the first cold weather which is often when batteries start failing. Paul
  4. Thanks for the reply. As I said in my last post, I'll give Nissan one last chance then if it returns call Clark MS and let them sort it.
  5. Well this is my last time with them, the warranty ends 19 Jan anyway. If they can't sort it this time I'll have to bite the bullet and try one of the local Indy's. Clark Motor Sport are close by and a few folk on here have good things to say about them. What causes the DTV though, the car is ok for a while after new discs are fitted? Just realized you are Clark Motor Sport lol, you may be getting a call soon then.

  7. Thanks, I'm in Aberdeen so a bit far to go, what is the usual cause of this? The car is under warranty which is why I'm going back to Nissan, but to be honest I'm not that confident in them.
  8. Hi guys, I've an unmodified 2010 370z GT spec. Not long after buying in last Jan from a Nissan dealer I started to get brake judder through the steering wheel at certain speeds, also dependant on how hard I braked. They said it had new discs and pads fitted before I bought it. They replaced both front discs and pads again under warranty and all was well....for about a week then the judder gradually returned. Took it back again and this time they replaced the nearside disc under warranty, once again all was well for about a week then gradually it has come back and is getting worse. I've been in touch and taking it back in the new year to get looked at again. It seems to me the disc keep warping as maybe of inferior quality, I just don't know what else could be causing this. I'm not thrashing it or over heating the brakes, just normal street driving. Anyone else exerienced this on a stock 370? Paul
  9. Just saw this now, I'll contact them too, I've a 2010 370z GT spec. It's due a 27000 mile service, Nissan want £415 fora P3 but I'll need to check as at that milage only a P! is due. Problem is I have a recurring brake judder through the steering wheel that is been repaired under warranty and they are going to do that at the same time. Paul
  10. With the Cobra 370 exhaust whats the advantage of going for the full CAT back compared to the half system, the full system costs £240 more? Paul
  11. I'm interested in the full CAT back Cobra exhaust for a 370, how do I get the GB discount? Paul
  12. Sounds like (excuse the pun) what I'm after too, can I ask how much and where from and any noticeable change in power or tourqe? Paul
  13. I'm tall and although I fit in OK and no real issues it would be nice if I could lower the drivers seat by an inch or so. Looking under the seat it seems it could be lowered by that much as there is enough gap between seat and floor. Anyone know if there are lower seat rails available or can the existing be modified? Paul
