350Z "Technical" section may have been better. Anyway ~ there should be a rubber trim piece above the windscreen glass and then another piece of rubber trim above that overlapping onto the roof.

Have you checked that all the tool kit/jack etc on the right hand side under the carpet is all secure? Maybe worth checking.
