If it's going to go bang though chances are it's just as likely to happen on the road as it will on the dyno imo.
When my Impreza WRX engine went, ...both times, ...it was on the road and not the dyno. Also happened when not under heavy load.
Thought this was pretty impressive.
Daniel Jovanov who was a contestant on "Australia's Got Talent" basically makes very realistic car noises using only his mouth that the VW WRC team try to guess.

On the face of it Tom that looks like a good buy tbh.
I'd definitely ring to see if they have any more info they can give you about it like what's the history like? e.g. was it Nissan dealer serviced? good independent? what mileage/age where the services done? have the spark plugs been changed?
Here's the service schedule for the 350Z to see the sort of things that should have been done depending on mileage/years: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/31110-service-schedule-for-a-350z/
Good price for an 06 and worth a look imo.
I had the same thing Pete in about 1998 ~ tbh I used to think it looked cool having my fog lights on at night whilst driving my Seat Ibiza when I was young & stupid.
Police man in Cardiff pulled me over and told me the error of my ways. Never did it again as I didn't want to attract unwanted attention from the Police plus I enjoy driving & wanted to do things right.
Exactly.
That varies (sometimes greatly) from car to car, ...not to mention dependent on what mods/alterations it has. If you've done nothing to the car then I wouldn't bother at the very least you'd really want different panel filters & an exhaust system to see any gains over standard.
All of the above are good suggestions for tuners. Personally I used Horsham Developments for my Zed but only because they where closest as well as highly recommended just like Abbey & Tdi North.
Some more info here about Junction 17; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82778-junction17-cars/
Some reviews on the net:

Although it's worth pointing out they also have some good reviews too but after the BS they where telling you Azure350z about the gearbox I'd definitely avoid or at least be very wary if buying from them. I wouldn't trust them anyway.
Is it a switch then or just a blanking plate? Does it move at all?
Could be just a blanking plate for, as Gball1973 said, where the headlight washers are on the UK models.
That look's like such an awesome track car.
Get some videos done if you can as I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to hear & see it in motion.
