  1. He's toned it down a lot now but still does do a few bits. Send him a PM. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/user/9648-zmanalex/
  2. Glad you got them fitted ok and hope you're enjoying the new sound. Was expecting a video or pictures at least though.
  3. Couldn't agree more. On the GTR forum the unfortunate owner of the Mclaren that this GTR owner crashed into eventually joined up to air his opinion on what happened. Post n#58 on this page linked: http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/304793-r35-bedford-parody-4.html Make's for an interesting read.
  4. Sounds great fun ~ don't really want to drive a GTR just yet as I know I'd want one. Best just wait for that Lotto win first.
  5. Not a problem anymore Dave as whatever his friends tell him I think probably half the internet users have probably told this guy he needs some serious tuition before going anywhere near a track day again, ...the other half haven't seen the video yet obviously.
  6. Standard colour might be a bit boring. Personally I'd try something different but it's just a matter of personal preference. Maybe make it your New Years resolution ~ to finally make your mind up that is.
  7. This is him fyi... Was posted on the GTR forum by his mate who basically said if you have a problem with him go and tell him. I think he was kind of hoping that would stop people on that forum giving him stick but quite how he thinks his mates large size is going to intimidate a load of people sat miles apart behind computer screens I have no idea. Obviously as stupid as each other.
  8. You'd better get your wheels done, ...you've been saying it for long enough now.
  9. Has made all the difference. You should be pleased with that, ..good job all-round.
  10. Same reason people put Nismo badges on their Zeds No Nismo badges on my Zed so I'm still cool.
  11. No problem at all. Maybe take some pictures as you go if you can to guide others who may be thinking of doing it in the future. Good luck.
  12. ^^ Not sure what you wrote as I just looked at the pictures. Bit like a porn mag. Seriously though I was waiting to see what you thought of GTechniq on your headlights and you didn't even use it. Oh well I'll have to try that one myself.
  13. Own up Will you're actually enjoying the XFactor aren't you?!! Mrs isn't here so no f**king way I'm watching that bs.
  14. Also check the size of the Brembo decals before you rub/remove them off the calipers. There are plenty on eBay like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2x-90MM-and-2X-75MM-BREMBO-WHITE-BRAKE-CALIPER-DECALS-STICKERS-HIGH-TEMP-/111072267019?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item19dc6c4b0b For best results I'd lacquer over the top of the decals once you've put them on the calipers but that's probably just over kill & really not a necessity.
  15. Doesn't hurt to ask Jimmy. Red calipers will look great with your lovely black roadster. Some related threads that might help: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/81231-best-way-to-paint-brembo-calipers/ http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/63970-painting-calipers/ Post number 49 in this thread shows brake calipers being painted in situ in case this is easier for you; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/84528-supplies-arrived-the-reveal/page__st__40
  16. They are sh*t sorry. They are made for the Max Power kids in their 1.1's with rubbish brakes. Honestly why on earth would you want to cover up genuine Brembo's with fake Brembo covers? It's easy enough to repaint the calipers if they look that bad or if you just want a change of colour plus you can get the genuine decals to put back on once you've painted them. Check out Brads Brembo's after he repainted them for an example; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/85138-brads-fiddy-gt-new-brakes-pg4/page__st__60
  17. What a difference. The front of your Zed looks so much better with the DRL's painted body colour. Great job.
  18. Depends whether you want them cause you like the music or just like the LP cover art. Personal taste. Just to give you some ideas. 50 Best record sleeves of 2012 "apparently": http://www.factmag.com/2012/11/23/the-50-best-record-sleeves-of-2012/
  19. Surely you just need to buy a fuel return kit like this one sold by a professional trader on here, Tarmac Sportz; http://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/GB/AAM_Competition_Fuel_Return_System__Basic/350z-AAM35FS-FRSSTD_.aspx
  20. That is Dan, ....he's just on another of his test drives getting ready to post the review on here.
