As for the "W" brace a lot of owners have gone for the Ultra Racing aftermarket part as it's cheaper than the OEM equivalent.     Glad it was a proper race car with full safety gear otherwise I'm sure that would have been a fatality. Testament to how good modern safety features are as well as crucial.
