  1. For sale is my 2003 Nissan 350Z GT. I want to offer it to forum members first before offering it for sale elsewhere. I have owned this car since early 2015 when I purchased it from a friend. At the time he had bought it from a car dealer who had recently sold the car but ended up buying it back from the customer he sold it too as the engine started to use a lot of oil. As you may know this can be a common problem with the DE engines. My intension was to replace the engine with a good low mileage unit as we were regularly breaking 350Z’s. As time has gone on I simply do not have the time to do this and I know that if I do I’ll end up keeping it. At the moment I have a number of other projects that need my commitment as well as a business to run. So I have decided to offer the car for sale as it is. It’s a great example and has clearly been looked after in its life. It has a full stamped service history up until August 2014 at 104,618 miles. It’s now on 110,118 miles. It’s the full GT spec with all the options including sat nav. It has an HKS exhaust which gives a nice subtle increase in noise and also the later OEM Nissan LED rear tail lights. Other than that it’s completely standard. The body work is really in very good condition for its age, the pictures are after a quick wash, if it was detailed and polished it really would be one of the best I’ve come across. There is a small rust blister appearing on the passenger side rear arch but caught now would be fixable. There are two very minor scuffs on the bumpers and that’s about it, no dents as far as I can see both sides are very straight. The Rays alloys are in very good condition with only some minor scuffs, all wearing Bridgestone tyres with plenty of life left in them. The Brembo calipers are all very presentable and the discs/pads have good life left in them. The interior is also very clean with OEM floor mats, very minor wear to the drivers bolster. It has a brand new genuine gear knob fitted. Everything works as it should. It has no MOT and is currently on SORN, it would need very little to pass an MOT I’m sure and other than the oil consumption issue has no other known issues. Obviously the engine will require either a rebuild or a replacement engine. Comes with the complete book back and stamped service book, I have the V5 still in my friends name ready to sign over to the new owner. I have a new Xtreme organic clutch and single mass lightweight flywheel kit to go with the car, this is worth £800. I intended to fit one of these kits as the car is still on the OEM dual mass and although working will no doubt be getting tired now. I want £3000 which includes the Xtreme clutch, I would let it go for £2800 if I replaced the rear lamps with standard early spec lamps. The price is not negotiable if it does not sell I will just keep it. A good low mileage DE engine is available with separate negotiation. The car is in Aberdeen, I can arrange very competitive transport to anywhere in the UK. We are 10 minutes from Aberdeenairport and collect a buyer no problem. Please contact me via PM, email at ewen@clarkmotorsport.co.uk or call the office on 01330 860999 for further details.
  2. Sorry Adam just back from holidays I have sent you a PM
  3. I can supply the DS1.11 pads for a good price, have you considered the DBA T2 or T3 discs?
  4. Hi mate They should be 34mm on the front and 21mm on the rear but occasionally they can be different. Is it a UK spec car? Kind regards Ewen
  5. Hi yes we can still offer the same price, the combo is now with the HPS pads. Plenty in stock
  6. That's like saying all tyres are the same because they are all made of rubber, the quality of the cast iron used is the main factor in what determines a good quality disc. The Brembo discs that ECP sell are good for general road use, we can supply these with the Hawk HPS pads and can normally beat the ECP price for the discs. We can currently supply the Hawk HPS pads for £85 for the front set.
  7. The bushes can be replaced on the control arms which works out cheaper than replacing the whole arm, we keep Whiteline on the shelf. We have OEM droplinks and Whiteline adjustable ones as well, all for next day delivery
  8. thank you for the heads up, I'm on a mega tight deadline and they car only gets used roughly once a month so not overly bothered by how loud it can be Thanks for the order its on its way to you
  9. £179.99 delivered which we can do on a next day service
  10. The Mishimoto is now plug and play, we have them on the shelf for next day delivery. If you wanted OEM I should have a working used setup.
  11. We sold a good few sets of the Tein Street Basis now and the feedback has been very positive, if you are just looking for a replacement set of dampers to replace tired OEM dampers these represent really good value. The fact that they are manufactured by Tein means they are a quality product.
  12. As Alex says its likely to be bleeding, very rare for a master cylinder to need replacing.
  13. Drop me a PM and ill check in the morning Karl
  14. Is the rear diff VLSD or non VLSD? If its non VLSD then it just takes a standard 80W 90 oil, if its VLSD then the Nissan oil we sell or equivalent is what you need. For the auto box you need the Nissan AT-Matic J Fluid which is £18 a liter, for a complete change you need 11 liters.
  15. We keep the genuine oils in stock, £39.95 for gear oil and £25.36 for the diff oil
  16. The dual mass flywheel is designed to dampen the extra noise so removing that is why you do get an increase. The Xtreme kits flywheel is optimised for weight to try and minimise this noise. The overall benefits far outweigh the noise
  17. No the flywheel is not an ultra light weight one but a lot lighter than the heavy dual mass that's on the car, no issues if its uprev mapped we have this kit running successfully on a few boosted Zeds as well.
  18. This is our most popular kit for the DE Adrian, many happy owners on this forum. Its ideal for everyday use while still being suitable for using on track. In stock for next day delivery http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/95545-new-xtreme-clutch-organic-inc-smf-350z-de/
  19. You get what you pay for, there is a reason its that cheap
  20. Got your email Greig and have replied. As Alex says avoid them they supply cheap Chinese knock offs, how they are still allowed to trade on Ebay I really don't know. Doing a search on their name says it all https://www.bing.com/search?q=techniclutch&PC=U316&FORM=CHROMN
  21. We have been having a warehouse clear out at CMS, we have one set of the fantastic HKS RS coilover kit for the 350Z. I have used these on a 350Z in the past and found them to be extremely compliant for road use while still vastly improving the overall handling. We can do these for £780 delivered to the UK Mainland, there are some very minor marks on them but these are brand new and have never been fitted, the box has seen better days so they will be repackaged. If you need anymore information please get in touch. First come first served, why buy Chinese when you can buy Japanese!
