If still having no luck mix acetone and automatic transmission fluid 50:50 in a sprayer bottle. Shake well to get them to mix. Then spray on, wait a while and then hopefully bobs your uncle.

I have a set of your clear reflectors too but still using conventional bulbs. Was wandering what value and wattage of resistor you used with your led bulbs?

Pin 9 is a common earth for pins 5 ( electrical ariel ), 8 ( backup for saved info ), 9 ( illumination when your lights are on ) and pin 10 ( main supply to Bose unit ). Your problem is no supply on this pin ( pin 10 ). Check pin is sitting correctly in plug ( is pushed in fully )and the fuse for this supply is not blown. There are 2 other fuse boxes in the engine bay at the bulkhead behind the battery.

With your meter are u getting 12 volts between pins 9 ( grey ) and 10 ( pink/black ). The supply for the illumination comes in on a different pin ( pin 8 ).

Might be a silly question but have you checked where the car jack etc are kept in the boot. Also the storage cubby hole behind the passenger seat and under the false floor in it. In any of the door pockets?

Might be worthwhile checking with whoever u bought the exhaust off to see if anything available under the guarantee. They're quite expensive so you would hope there would be some comeback.
