  1. If you have a electric sander of some sort I would give it good going over with medium then fine grade papers.

  4. I would double check all the nuts and bolts just to be sure. Depending on how much force you put on bolts first time round you could have damaged the gear box if it was enough to push the first motion shaft out of line can you record the noise.

  10. Nice little aerial . Polishing the inlet manifold is a nice mod and will look top class with the thick strut brace.
  11. K4 has two back boxes that you will have to make a y type pipe for fitting it to the single centre pipe .
  12. Duel mass flywheel feels like it's going to shake the car to bits when it's at the end of its life.

  14. Is ther any chance the springs are on the wrong shockers.

  19. If you get the revs clutch gear change spot on . Be carefull or one of the chavshafts might break.
  20. you must be the only one thats done all that and still has a fishing rod stiking out of ther quarter panel.
  21. If i had that problem I would be thinking the water pump as it will pump water through the larger radiator hoses with the thermostat removed but put the thermostat back it can't pump water through the smaller hose to the heater matrix may be the impeller is loose on the shaft.
  22. Ther is a spigot bearing fitted to the end of the crank shaft worth doing when the box is out I would assume the garage fitting the clutch and fly would recommend this .
  23. Compression test if that's good check wireing.
