I dont believe for one minute the format of the show is copyrighted, the tg logo obviously, but the format, no 5th gear go out on a track, why havent they been done for copyright?

Weather looks ok on the forecast i saw buddy. Sadly wont be able to come for a viewing, enjoy

Just thinking the same myself, like the show or not, its the three as a package that makes it what it is. Would anyone really be interested in watching May or Hamster with anyone else as main presenter? You still end up back at it would be TG in all but name only, i cant see the show following the same format if even just JC goes. I have to be honest, if i was JC and my contract was up at the end of the month, i would be going with the other 2 to Sky (*wherever) carrying on in exactly the same format under a different banner, i would even do the live "TG" shows

So basically 5th Gear from a few years ago

You'd never get 3.5s to 60 in a Zed like that, not in a billion years. Massively limited by traction and having to change gear, for one. I Imagine thats one of those theoretical 0-60's where you put all your data, weight, hp etc into a website and it tells you, 0-60, 1/4 mile times etc etc

99 one was awesome, went out mid channel in a mates boat, just clear of the shipping lanes, there were loads of boats out. Pretty eerie when it went fully dark and so so quiet.

Why can it be the most painful experience known to man (on occasion) Two incidents in one week on my daily. A woman enquired on Monday and said could her husband view in the week, she suggested 6 - 7 Thursday evening, i said wouldnt he like to look in the daylight, try to make it at 6. She text Wednesday, yes he would like to view in the daylight, can we do the weekend, a time was set! I had a text this morning with the most pathetic excuse i have ever heard! We wont be viewing as my husband doesnt think he will be able to keep it clean (its std car size not a van), i did text back and say, i think your f***ed on buying anything if you cant keep it cleaned I then had another message, can i come view the car thats advert headline was Toyota Bb 1.5 VVti, i passed my number on and first question, what size engine is it, a 1.5 same as it says in the add, loads of further chat, is there any problems with it, yes as outlined in the add AGAIN, i think i will leave it then!

Also have to say i admire your patience, i got so fed up of accumulating parts (although fun buying), waiting for bits to be made, fitted or otherwise with Rx7's i vowed never to do it again unless i had everything i needed and then give it to someone and say, fit that, i will be back in a month or 2!

Pre or post turbo, i was just about to get a pre turbo mechanical set up before my rotary decided it had had enough

You KNOW, or you read it online? I think the only people who KNOW are Clarkson and his lawyer... Very accurate: Cant believe everything we read in the press right

The comparison has also been made by a certain member in this thread Darn right. I reckon they were separated at birth.... More wrinkles than a 200 year old tortoise, bad clothes, faces that could turn milk sour, comedy hair.... I much preferred your unedited version below: "Darn right. - hit peak popularity when wrinkly as a tortoise and despite being beaten with the ugly stick - inexplicably popular despite absence of talent - comedy hair - wormed their way in with the political elite of the day - featured in terrible TV programmes..... The list is potentially endless....." Far more opinionated, lovely though to be able to freely voice your thoughts without fear of a witch hunt for your scalp

The comparison has also been made by a certain member in this thread Interesting that no one feels the need for the bbc to accept any responsibility, after all, they aired the alledged slope comment and Falklands incident, if they really thought either were so bad, pull them from the schedule

Lots of good advise above: They really dont like being started and stopped, driven short distances repeatedly. Keep a regular check on oil, they run best on mineral oil (no synthetic) so at least its cheap. Try to take it the redline each time your out, clears out the carbon build up and deposits. Coil packs known to fail and often these cause starting issues. Rebuild will cost 2k for a decent job.

Just in case anyone is interested, copied and pasted from one of the rotary forums: Hi everyone, I've got a set of TE37s in 18x9.5 ET12 fitment for sale. I bought them for my R32 GTR which i no longer have and these wont fit under stock arches so are no longer needed. Ideal for ones running wide kit. They are in good condition but would benefit a refurb... normal kerb rashings on the lips but one of the lips has a small dent (holds pressure tho) but apart from that there is no major cracks/damage etc. One Rays and one Volk sticker is flaked slightly, rest are fine. Aesthetically the blue Rays valves have faded. Because these could benefit from a refurb, i am selling these cheaper than what they can be worth if anyone wishes to do it themselves. The tyres will need replaced as they are about 1mm max. Im working 6 out of 7 nightshifts a week so dont have time post these atm collection for now. Price for them is £1200 collected and i will be throwing in a set of Volk Racing wheel nuts (in used but good condition). I am located in Glasgow, Scotland. Here is my number if you wish to contact me via text (or call if im not sleeping) 07702250903.

I have to be honest, i dont think this has anything to do with Isis any more, how can these attacks and others possibly have anything to do with a higher destiny or jihadist missions against the decadence of western infidels and governments. They are just random killings by complete mentalists plain and simple!

Still cringe when I think of what that guy did! You've got a top quality car now though! Didnt need THAT much... only a clutch a flywheel, new brakes all round, 4 new tyres and full service  Did you not notice tyres, brakes and that a service was required?

They may well be Horners own words in that report, but cant remember him complaining at the time they were so dominant and you didnt have Merc etc throwing all their toys out the pram and threatening to leave (from memory), seem to remember Ferrari made threats though. The last year of Redbull i would say they were just as dominant as the Mercs, except it wasnt so apparent as Webber didnt feature as well as Nico.

“The problem is the gap is so big. You end up with three-tier racing and I think that’s not healthy for Formula 1,†Horner said Absolutely fine and dandy when you were doing the same though!

Some slip on 3 or 5mm spacers will be fine if you just want some peace of mind

A big number from Autotrader, where i saw mine advertised with a dealer. However, i was looking everywhere, Autotrader, Exchange & Mart. PH, Forum, Ebay, Gumtree. If your looking for whatever vehicle these days, does everyone not do the same, just search all of em?

Lewis is gangsta innit Huge diamond earings, gold chains, very stereotypical of a succesful black guy (no racism intended or meant) Sure is a good driver though.

Where is said trackday, may pop along

Cant think for the life of me if am right but sure I remember reading about a new in tank pump the other day, may have been Bosch. Used to run a 044 in tank and was very happy with it, it was only the serious track boys who ran swirl pots. Any thoughts on water injection or water/meth, keep intake temps down?

That had to hurt, wallet too In the spa track day i thread i mentioned last time out at Combe had a similar incident. I was braking for camp, started to turn in and a race Mustang appeared up the inside, hit the breaks a little which totally unsettled the car, it was a gut reaction i know not to break when turning, so had nothing i could do but run way out onto the grass with the car all a bit squirrelly My arse was twitching like a rabbits nose! He did get thrown off though
