Lots of good advise above: They really dont like being started and stopped, driven short distances repeatedly. Keep a regular check on oil, they run best on mineral oil (no synthetic) so at least its cheap. Try to take it the redline each time your out, clears out the carbon build up and deposits. Coil packs known to fail and often these cause starting issues. Rebuild will cost 2k for a decent job.

They are in good condition but would benefit a refurb... normal kerb rashings on the lips but one of the lips has a small dent (holds pressure tho) but apart from that there is no major cracks/damage etc. One Rays and one Volk sticker is flaked slightly, rest are fine. Aesthetically the blue Rays valves have faded. Because these could benefit from a refurb, i am selling these cheaper than what they can be worth if anyone wishes to do it themselves. The tyres will need replaced as they are about 1mm max. Im working 6 out of 7 nightshifts a week so dont have time post these atm collection for now. Price for them is £1200 collected and i will be throwing in a set of Volk Racing wheel nuts (in used but good condition). I am located in Glasgow, Scotland. Used to run a 044 in tank and was very happy with it, it was only the serious track boys who ran swirl pots. Any thoughts on water injection or water/meth, keep intake temps down?

I think its a proper scary circuit, still havent mastered avon rise/quarry and although tower corner is straight forward, you are carrying a lot of speed and the crash barriers straight ahead look very very close (actually they are, lol) , so always a little cautious there as cant quite disengage the brain enough to brake at the last minute. I pretty much disagree with everything you say but thats just a matter of opinion, neither of us is right or wrong! Who would rather work for, neither, hence why i work by myself and sub contract, so i dont have to put up with pc nonsense, imho of course

Maybe the company I currently work for is an exception then - they take the longer term view that investment in peoples wellbeing is paramount and yes you might lose a few £ in the short term getting rid of bad eggs if they make good money but theres always someone else equally capable but doesnt disrupt the workforce. The company I work for makes a lot of money globally, maybe that gives them the opportunity to get rid of bad eggs and bullies but its not like they have only just started doing this its been the culture from the start. Longer term, leaving bullies and bad eggs in your business is bad business no matter how important or good at making money they think they are. No one sets up a company (unless a charity) to just get by and invest in peoples wellbeing, its all about the £. Companies are there to make money. I employ people who can do the job they are there to do, if their job is too make my company money, i want the one who can make me the most and no, there wont be a replacement, loose TG as it is, like or not and you will end up with some guff like 5th gear which is demoted to discovery
