  1. Interesting chat during practice. Yamaha lap times this year are up by .5 seconds, Ducati .7 and Honda, exactly the same as last year Got to mention Ducatis special qualifying engine, 361 kmh, about 225mph
  2. Or a 2nd hand set of originals that will always be worth similar money, imho of course
  3. Never found the peddle firm after a brake pad swap, very soft and spongy till the pads bed in, only a suggestion
  4. Most companies do ltd mileage discounts, i have one with Reis.
  5. Could it be just because the pads are new, takes a while for them to bed in and get some bite (as they say), hate that new pad feel
  6. Just had a look at specs. I would go front 8.5 et15 & rear 9.5 et15 or et22.
  7. I havent looked at the specs but why would you want to keep the spacers when you have the choice of offsets? Loose the spacers if you can imho I would also wait until you need new tyres and get some 19's on there, look much better than 18's or at least some wider 18's
  8. Who is going to buy that dull looking monstrosity in hearing aid beige colour in the op's post though, at least the Gt86 looks reasonable to start with.
  9. I think i will believe what i saw with mine thanks and it was far from quality or a superb fit A bit of fettling or a fair bit of fettling are two different things though Original @ £305 is a steal: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Charge-Speed-0260-Bumper-Nissan/dp/B00DOPIGBS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432743214&sr=8-1&keywords=350z+chargespeed
  10. Interesting that today in another thread re chargespeed bumper, you wrote "its a needs a fair bit of fettling to fit" That doesnt sound like a superb fit to me if it needed said fair bit of fettling to make it that way. Not picking holes at you but the question the op asked was in relation to quality, if it needs a fair bit of fettling, i wouldnt say the quality is that good, would you?
  11. I would take mouthwash up on his offer before you decide, i dont even notice a rattle with a light fly.
  12. Stage 1 is fine, i have a freshly installed Exedy organic and feels no different to oem, just dont go for puck clutch.
  13. I dont think there is any need for a bbk on a 350z unless your fi'd, uprated discs and pads are more than capable. A clutch and light fly is a nice addition, but you dont need to drop the engine so no point doing the headers either imho, i would only do headers if i was going to put in some cams in too.
  14. Cant really argue, but everytime I look at it, I realise what its capable of and how I feel when I drive it shes beautiful in my eyes I agree, nothing wrong with it, looks mean and you know what its like underneath But the above just its more pleasing to the eye
  15. Very nice, much sharper the the 35, which lets be fair, itsnt really a looker, nothing wrong with it, just doesnt get the blood pumping in the looks department Shame they have gone up in price so much
  16. I would go for a lightweight one from the traders on here.
  17. Feed it, think it might need cpr or a defribrillator
  18. I paid under 6k for my jdm and the only time it let me down was a flat battery after not using it for while, bar normal costs (servicing). Low mileage, plenty of service stamps. I just changed out the clutch and flywheel as it was juddering but it wasnt a necessity, it drove great just annoyed me Above 5k should buy you a good one so long as your cautious and recognise any potential problems.
  19. Forgot that bit, Poole, Dorset.
  20. Like pulling teeth today, probably taken 5 minutes to load and post!!! Whats going on team?
  21. Sorry, didnt read it right Yes I also dont go for the argument of "build cost", the Mx5 was just over £14k 25 years ago, the new one £18500.
  22. Hoping he wasnt injured to bad but also hoping is very very expensive road bike was very very expensive to repair or replace Bound to have been the bus drivers fault though when he told his mates
  23. Thanks for the comments, but there always comes a time and it now seems it. Onwards and upwards or hold fire until i know my budget once my house is built. I do have my eye on a couple of cars having said that There will be no splits on anything until the car has sold if it all, i am in no rush
