  1. I do have a surprisingly large collection of whips but I only use them on dumb animals. Make of that what you will Bear in mind (ooh, I love a good pun me ) that the photo Ricey posted is one that he got from my Mum when he asked her for her favourite snapshot of me
  2. Thanks for that Ricey Now everyone knows what I look like, including Builder49's family, so it will be easy for them to track me down. I'm the one on the right by the way, with the light brown fur. Do you think I should have put on a bit more make-up? Back to being serious - I bought mine from the Apple App store for my iPad2 and it only cost £2.99. Bargain You can get it from Steam if you want to play it on other devices.

  4. But I know you love me really Builder49 Anyway, it's fun and if I get stuck on a level I can ask you 'cos you are bound to have solved all the puzzles
  5. It is addictive. I am rationing myself to two hours per night I love graphic novels and it reminds me of those. Sarnie, Google it. I'm not even a gamer at heart but everything about this appeals from the artwork, graphics, puzzles, heck, even the music is good
  6. They look so tempting! I'll see what my husband thinks when he gets home since it's his money I'll be spending
  7. I am hooked on Machinarium. I really love the over world with all those weird machines dripping oil and pipes that could lead anywhere. Has anyone played Botanicula? I want to think that there is something else to look forward to when I have, hopefully, got to the end of Machinarium
  8. Oooh, my just the kind of post I like! I'm new so not seen it before on this forum. I love the fact that people of all ages drive Zeds
  9. Happy Belated Birthday to Yoooooo , Squashed Tomatoes and Stew! Sorry my singing voice isn't up to much
  10. Ricey, I promise I won't you cheeky thing Glad to have helped a little bit and I hope you all have fun and raise lots of lovely cash for a good cause
  11. Same as Vik, I always wanted a pony. I've still got one actually and I love her
  12. Lexx, thank you for that but I still don't understand what constitues drivel. Please can you explain clearly and unequivocally what you mean by the term? I genuinely don't understand and really need to get my head round it to ensure that all my future posts comply with forum rules. Would it be best if I send all my posts to you or one of the other mods in order to gain approval for it to appear on the main site before posting? That way I won't risk another further faux pas
  13. Sarnie, but what, exactly are the rules? Please will someone tell me? What can I post and what can't I post?
  14. Stew, I'm honestly not interested in your shaving regimen, hard to believe I know I do, however, respect your right to seek advice on which skincare products will suit you best, when posted in an off topic area. But what I really don't understand is why my 'off topic' posts are banned but yours, as a moderator, are not? I am happy to obey the rules once I know what they are but since they appear to be 'unwritten rules' you must explain them clearly so that I can comply. Many thanks
  15. The difference is, I wouldn't dream of spouting off about choosing shoes and handbags on a car forum. All a bit 'psychological' for me I'm afraid
  16. Can someone wake me up when this fascinating topic has ended please? How hard can choosing a razor actually be?
  17. No idea what is happening but I am suddenly surrounded by Zeds! I was in my little Fiat Panda, so invisible I am sure but it has been nice to see two Zeds virtually on my doorstep today
  18. Monday 7th May daughter spotted a black 350z near Brian Leighton's and again parked outside Laxton village hall
  19. Good grief You had a very lucky escape, thank goodness.
  20. Wow, that looks like a bargain. I think my decision on the pressure washer is made then. Thanks everyone
  21. Thank you both. I've never even heard of Nilfisk but if they do a good job ... I quite enjoy a trip to Screwfix for some reason so I will see if the other half fancies a drive tomorrow (providing they are open) as it's miles away due to a big river being in the way and no bridge for miles
  22. Thanks SMD. I will do that Stew, yes, the old one lasted ages before it broke and this one has worked fine up until today. It wasn't an expensive one so I figure that you probably get what you pay for, as with most things? No idea what's wrong with it but it won't switch on. I tried a jigsaw in the extension cable and that worked fine so it's anyone's guess as to what the problem might be. As far a price goes, I was thinking maybe £100 to £150 but if someone recommended one that was cheaper or slightly more expensive that would be fine. I like SMD's way of thinking too since I honestly don't know how cheap the cheapest one is or how dear the most expensive
  23. My pressure washer packed up as I was cleaning the Zed today so I am on the lookout for a new one. Just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for something mid-priced? I have had two break on me so I am obviously not good at choosing them myself I would also like to try snow foam but, again, there seems to be a choice of lances so any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks!
  24. Thing is though, I really need my middle-class houmous fix come the weekend
  25. Well whoever took them on this occasion I really enjoy seeing the photos and I am the most non-technical person in the world. Somehow you make it look interesting though
