I was wondering the same thing? I guess it looks quite nice and there are probably not going to be many more for sale, as ARC no longer exist! Still £300 for a 2nd hand pipe, filter and alu box seems a bit much!

IIRC it was approx 62 cars that turned up back in 2009 out of the approx 70 listed, and was probably the biggest zed meet on public roads anywhere in europe at that time and it was a dam nightmare to organise! Cruicially, what is your overall budget, what are you trying to achieve with the setup and what will be connecting to it? Is it just films or music? I would personally stay away from Curry's, but in my opinion, you can't go wrong with Richer Sounds or Super Fi. They have very helpful and knowledgeable staff as well as demo rooms etc. They are also usually much cheaper than other high street electrical firms (Or will price match if not). Work out your budget, read some reviews and then go to a shop and listen to them in action. Take your fav Blu Ray / CD and see what they sound like and more imprtantly, what they sound like matched with the amplifier. Very similar to car buying... you wouldn't without testing it first! I have an Onkyo amplifier and can't speak highly enough of it, but Denon, Onkyo, Sony and Yamaha are all good bets as far as AV amps are concerned.

Voted! Some really excellent shots there, although where are all the 370's? I am definitely going to enter next year... stupid camera broke earlier in the year and I haven't replaced it yet!

I don't know why anyone would want an x3? Am I missing something? 530d estate surely... if you want a family-mobile? Keep the Zed, put some Porsche badges on it... Job done!

Excellent seats and bonnet should be doable, but on a 6-7 year old car, you'll be hard pushed to get perfect wheels and door handles (Unless someone has already refurbed them). These are always things that you can get money knocked off for if you find a decent car that you like. Wheel refurb would be about £250 and there are guides on the forum on how to respray the door handles yourself... ...

It sounds like one of the things that dealers try to up sell... It's usually part of the sales KPI and will be where they make a lot of their commission. As to whether it's good or worth it, I couldn't say, but £300 will buy you a massive amount of wax / products which give proven results? My personal feeling is that it's just a sales gimmick.

What would be the advantage of going for a lower profile? Would this not affect the gearing as this is slightly smaller than stock (Although minimal I know)?

I have this setup currenty, supplied by CS. I have found them a great improvement over stock and the service from CS was excellent!

Why would someone swap their aftermarket exhaust for a replica one? Wouldn't most aftermarket exhausts be worth more and be better made?
