Argh feel frustrated for you because that is such a lovely bit of kit. If it bugs you to oblivion then i can recommend the cobra which matches the mk1 look better than oem in my opinion and has slash cuts like the 350 too. Also fits like a glove. Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk

James junior loving this thread and all the awesome road trip updates, takes me back to a time before babies! I also have the cobra / berk combo on my 370 nismo and agree that the best balance might be just be the cbe on standard cats, however i wont be removing the berks because they are pure deafening evil! These are stupid fast. Friend has one and it simply lunches my 2014 Nismo (with breathing mods too). Sounds great, nice interior, four seats. Only drawback is the prosaic styling but the orange paint job is one way to avoid anonymity! Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk

Gt86 is fun to drive but you cant really slide it around public roads like you can at bedford. The zed is blunt by comparison but the power is addictive. Dull engine aside the fiesta st will give you a lot of chassis related thrills for less money than a gt86. Depends how low you wanna go. Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk

Been looking ahead too and hugely disappointed with the build quality of the Evoras irrespective of the performance and ride. Even the post 12 models are a joke and couldn't envisage buying one. Sounds like your synchros in gears one and two might be a bit shagged? Btw it is normal to have some notchiness in 1st when cold imho

The 370 has some very expensive components too mate. A new box fitted by an AD could run you up to £12k.
