  1. Cheers mate. The good thing about msv trackdays at the coonbe is you can go am/pm or full day. £199 full day or £119 half. To be honest if your not sharing the car then a half day is enough time and also you still come home with some rubber left Still managed to get through £90 fuel
  2. Hi guys. Went to Castle Coombe on monday for and afternoon trackday which probably for the best as it peed it down all morning and a lot of cars spun off! Saw a very badly damaged S2000 Honda which looked like he had come off sideways, hit the armco and then continued sliding along it as the car was completely flat from nose to tail and the two wheels looked like someone had run a chain saw round the rims Here are a frew pictures which the roving professional snapper took. Also here is the link to the two 5 min videos i took. Check out that crazy mini in the first one towards the end of the clip who was all over the place which as you can see made me rather nervous when it came to overtaking him. I swear he only ever had two wheels on the ground at any part of the lap
  3. Haha!! Just got back from a track day at castle coombe and as it lashed all the way home I swooped in just before they closed! Will post video and pics tomorrow. It stayed dry all afternoon and was very busy so enjoyed wading through the traffic!
  4. Hope things work out for you mate. Katrina thinks your lovely and would adopt you instantly! I on the other hand am more concerned that I only have room for one zed in my garage! Lol.
  5. Off to castle coombe on Monday for a trackday blast! Got a sneaky feeling Harryjax my be lurking around with the MG team! It's fully booked so will so will get some video footage of me and the Z blasting through the traffic! Wacky races white knuckle ride!!! Lol.
  6. Good to catch up with some new forum members. Great turn out and plenty of banter flying about. Nice to see your 4 matching wheels Grundy! I have to say that bearing in mind most of the cars gathered today are 10 plus years old(gt86 370z aside)the Z cars whichever model seem timeless in looks.
  7. Thanks guys for all your input which has been a great help in getting me to my short list of three. I have to say that the most difficult and personal mod to choose on any car has to be the wheels. Let me know what you think. 1.SSR GTT Vo3 2 Volk SF Winning. 3.And finally the best wheels a 350 could get from the factory the Gt4 Lm.
  8. Looking soo good at long last mate.
  9. Mate. Whatever you do don't downgrade the brakes for looks as you like to track your car. I've used Archenemy and got an excellent service with no paint issues.
  10. The picture does not even show how bad it is You don't deserve to have a Zed "Hump", lets find it a good home..!! :surrender: I will take the wheels off you....
  11. Fantasy wheels but I suspect spacers would be required............
  12. Just make sure mine are not on that list Andy You playing hard to get? Lol
  13. Thanks guys for all your opinions/pics Will draw up a short list of maybe three sets and see what you all think. Andy
  14. Back to Gurston yesterday for a national A meeting which attracts some of the fastest cars in the Sprint/Hillclimbe calendar. Thanks once again to Dave and Rich {Harryjax.Choptop} for your support. A few pics of the meeting and thanks to Dave{Bailey} and his video skills on my phone a clip of me slithering off the start line!
  15. What a find mate! Good luck and enjoy your build. I think most of us on here would love a 240 in the garage next to our own cars. What's your problem with the wheels? Lol
