  1. This is great news if any f you guys want this system. Can't fault AME /Racelogic for sevice but had to wait 8 weeks for the Gtm loom!
  2. diff sounds good to me. Winter project along with a non slip steering wheel! Lol
  3. Works really well. It came from AME but the only way these work on the HR is with a GTM loom.
  4. Good Luck with the sale mate. A lot of car for the money. Keep away from the MGF forum! Lol
  5. Managed to gat third place today which I was pleased with. Played around with the various settings on the launch control(once I managed to turn the bloody thing on on the start line)! Lol. Looked at previous results and was over a second faster than my previous best time. A big thank you to the Zed shed crew and Harrylax for their support and merciless p...taking with regard to a silly little insignificant silver button....... Got away nice and early as only the first two in class get a trophy, only to get a txt from a friend still at the event to say I'd won a trophy for the fastest car of the day for a Bournemouth motor club member! Post video this week.
  6. Andy this is your practice button. Needs the word PUSH in red to make sure! Lol
  7. Will post some on board video after the event tomorrow bud.
  8. The legendary boys helped me out this week to fit a new exhaust system,de cats and the GTm Racelogic traction/launch control unit. The car now accelerates from a standing start like there is a bungee cord attached to the front of the car!! Cheers guys.
  9. These are my berk hi flow cats that due to my supercharger have blown all of the internals out! As you can see they look perfect on the out side but are a straight through pipe internally. A cheap de cat solution. Looking for £75 plus postage.
  10. Last event of the year for me. Clay Pigeon Raceway sprint on Sunday the 5th October not far from Dorchester. It's free to get in so if you fancy watching anything from a mini to a race car thrash round a go kart track then pop along.
  11. I kinda got a bit bored with my from new 4 year old Z so thought I might check out the forum for a few reasonably priced tasteful mods to enhance my car to keep my eye from wandering. Caught bloody Zeditus bad................
  12. Thanks mate - was a bit of a job and there is loads more to do on the wiring when I get a chance but at least it's all working again. @ Andy - just thought I'd get some practice in for that little job for you this week O and it may be small but it packs a punch Just plugging in the soldering iron! eeeek.
  13. This a classic example of the woes which can bestowe the purchaser of a car with a smaller engine than the wiring loom......
  14. All quiet here in Bournemouth mate. Think we may get it later in the night
  15. As you said Matt, too many cars ,too many idiots! Buster and me had our arses gripping the seat on ever corner as it was wacky races out there! Nice driving buddy and it was amazing how many cars you wizzed by under the red flag! Lol
  16. Mate please get her back on the road soon I think we have a cougar situation here as ive been told by Katrina that that your lovely and for gods sake give that poor boy your engine
  17. Me an Buster queuing up before the 40 car bunfight/wacky races track session! Too many cars on the track at once. Mega money made by the organisers at the expense of us white knuckle riders!
  18. I've got my fingers crossed for you mate as you are the most refreshingly well rounded under 25 person I've ever met! I can only guess that nice young lady you took to wales is unavailable and not Richard Branson's daughter which would solve all your dilemmas!!!
  19. Miss you so much already buddy..lol Think hard as to what you want to achieve with the car Long term as while you have that engine out you have many options available to,you,(forced induction, forging etc) which would normally be out of the question if the car was running well and your hand wasn't forced like it is now. Sounds like you love the car and don't want to give up on her so take your time.
  20. A big thank you to Rose and Alex for the massive effort put in to get us all together and in such a much better stand than last year with perfect weather! Met a few new faces which was nice, and the usual suspects were about, lol. I am sure the pictures and videos will filter in throughout the week. I hope your smoking turbos are nothing too serious Alex.
