  1. I want that workshop :-( Can you do me a favour bud and ask him where he got the low entry ramps for the scissor lift (obviously only if you speak to him again......don't make a special effort) Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  2. Obviously you have a world of films available to you but our new carbon is really nice. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  3. Crikey! You're looking at £70 posted back exchange or £100 with no exchange. Not 100% sure but I think real CF ones aren't too much more expensive (cost of dipping and postage makes doing it cheaper prohibitive) which is why I rarely push CF engine covers. I'll need to get hold of one for exchange though if anyone's interested. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  4. Depending on whom in the body shop machine polished it I wouldn't be banking on it not being buffer trailed and hologrammed to death. Usual bodyshop technique is bladder liberally with G3 and Finesseit Also I'd be letting the new paint gas off for about a week or 2. When your using the SRP I'd say the best thing to do would be shake it up vigorously. Take the lid off. Get a fresh microfiber. Open wheelie bin. Lob SRP in. Wipe brow with microfiber. 5. Nice can also be used in the following contact when something disagreeable is identified. Missus 'is this jizzum on this tissue????' Me 'errrrrrrm yeah' Missus 'nice' Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  6. Alternatively we can hydrodip yours in MCarbon Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  7. I'm assuming so but didn't seem a lot of humour in it! Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  8. You've really got to ask the question on quality when it's cheaper to import from New Zealand! Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  9. Ah TT I forgot you were the chappie in the midst of a relationship bump If I had to stake my left knacker (my favourite one) I'd have you say most of your problems most likely root from there. I didn't realise it at the time but I was not in a good place relationship wise. Going home at night should be something to look forward to. If it isn't then your surrounded by misery (unless you really love your job!). Hopefully you can work through it and I bet you'll see an improvement if you do......conversely you may need to improve mentally before you can improve as a couple........both of which are graft to do. 10. Just checked it is John Kabat Zinn. Different strokes work for different folks though but however much of a non believing man's man you are a counsellor and meditation are the least painful way you can control it. I was petrified of having to take medication which thankfully I never had to Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  11. Definitely. I've seen it happen a few times. Probably why it gets a stigma as a 'lazy' persons illness. I'd had anxiety before now. Not for too long (6 months) and not too chronic (was still able to work and function) and I can honestly say it's the worst experience of my life and I firmly believe it was 'mild' by comparison. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk exactly what i had but for about 4 months. every morning wake up fine, 10 mins later, tightness in chest, heavy weight feeling on my stomach, felt like i couldn't face the world that day. overthink everything, then have a tighter feeling in chest causing me to think i was having a heart attack, which caused me to have a panic attack which then made it worse! a vicious cycle! Learnt some awesome breathing techniques which got me out of it all! I was a little different in that I'd sleep like a log but clearly very disturbed sleep....I'd wake up with a massive start and feel like crap until I got into work and had my mind occupied otherwise. I used a meditation by our think it's something like John Kabat Zin which is a mindfulness technique (pretty sure you can youtube). Guided meditation. It only takes 10 mins and is basically designed to clear your mind by concentrating on your breathing. Everyone your mind slips off into panic mode you just bring it back to concentrating on your breathing. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

  13. The thing that concerns/amazes me is just how many people suffer with anxiety and depression. I'm convinced it is a 'modern' thing. The stress we're put through in this day and age is horrendous. Pressure on relationships, work, consumer treadmill etc is immense these days. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

  15. Creatine gave me horrendous anxiety Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  16. Odd one that mate. I can't say I've used Sonus but I don't think they're too bad from what I hear. Unlikely it's gone bad but you never know. In my experience it gets easier to wipe down as you progress through the stages so it's unusual that stage 3 is being a bugger. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  17. I'd say drops are more likely to give a knock but they can creak. Could be the top mount on your strut. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  18. Are you using a fresh pad? Are you using the right pad? Are you cleaning the pads thoroughly when you finish? Are you working the product too fast? Are you working the product too long? Are you working you big of an area? Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  19. Another vote for Scholl Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  20. Stripping down and painting Maserati calipers from Black to Red.........*sigh* pass me the scotchbrite The repainting the floor where my new ramp annihilated my rather expensive matting Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  21. That's a shame to hear, i have that exact set but from maybe 7 years ago. Only thing I've broken is the 1/4 ratchet because I was a bit drunk and thought it was totally ok to use as a breaker bar with a pipe on the end. I've got a set from perhaps 7-8 years ago (smaller set but still fairly hefty but only a half inch). Absolutely unbreakable. No play in the ratchet and everything is properly clunkclick Talked Chris into buying a set each on the basis of that set......new ones are turd. Lifetime guarantee so not major shakes but as a business it's a PITA digging the receipt out and going back every 5 minutes. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  22. Make sure you keep the receipt. Me and Chris have identical sets and break about 1 socket a week. Quality compared to 5 years ago is utterly shite Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  23. There's nowt wrong with the car......gonna be at the extremes of opinion but it's a good paint job and stands out. Put it this way.....I'm not 100% on it but I'd 100% drive it if it was my car. As for the keying that must be soul destroying. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  24. Are you ****ing joking? Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
  25. Yup. GSM is too low. Learned the hard way Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
