  1. good to hear you got it sorted
  2. Welcome on board
  3. Np clown, thanks for trying. Its tricky because the more you lightenen the image to get more of the car the more you lose of the milky way. Cheers for giving it a go.
  4. Very nice
  5. Wow that went by quickly. Sure does sound a lot nicer than she did a year ago though - gets better with age
  6. Welcome on board from another lanky zed owner hence why i have a roadster. Lovely looking car, hope you enjoy it. Funny you mention the french shed - someone from work offered me theirs today, dirt cheap to use as a run around. May be tempted but conscious it could be a money pit
  7. I and a few others often found that in the cold the roof would struggle to open and get stuck half way but never had the problem of not closing. Is there something catching or stopping the roof mechanism?
  8. Whilst scanning the net the other day i found this gem - it shows Nissan acknowledges officially that there is a problem with the roof catching on the windows. Not sure on the policy of linking to another forum but the pdf is on there. I will link to it for now but if others want to modify this post please do so. Hope it helps guys. May be useful as a sticky given the number of people this is happening to and the nightmare nissan is having with acknowledging and fixing it. http://www.the370z.com/nissan-370z-road ... wners.html
  9. Niceone, get some nice beading shots of the roof and post them up Interested to hear more about your other project too
  10. Dont have them on mine mate sorry else i would try to help out. Doesnt sound rightto me though, but just guessing here. Hope someone else comes along to answer your question though. Good luck.
  11. Id take both an auto and a manual out to see which you prefer. For me the difference andlevel of enjoyment was huge. I didnt buy my car to be comfortable and hassle free in slow moving traffic, i wanted to be able to play with those gears take advantage of that lovely syncro rev and feel engaged in the process of taking the car around the bends. For me the auto dulled down the experience, it really put me off the car, in fact i was glad to get back in my 350. Then i tried the manual .....and bought one. However i will say somepeople have the auto and loveit chris-i for example so may be a good idea to pm him for his experience.
  12. Its fine the just a front guard, all the coupes haveit, roadster has a slightly smaller one that is less obvious. Id go for the black edition then saw it was an auto. Had an auto for a week as a courtesy car and really didnt like it at all, manual is a lot more engaging and fun.
  13. Jesus that fish looks mahoooooosive
  14. Not using the juke key by mistake are you
  15. Rosie is normally there every day too but due to crazy traffic recently shes now at home as we car share. There is often a gunmetal here, a nice black GTR and occasionally a le man blue 370
  16. Bet you are enjoying every minute.
  17. dave, nice one
  18. Perhaps to see the potholes and speed bumps up ahead
  19. Have to agree, the 370 alloys were one of the first things i fell for. I remember trying to get some for my 350z but laughed all the way out of the nissan showroom when i asked how much a set of 4 wheels would be.
  20. Good spot, wonder how much they will go for.
  21. Wow, how to win friends and influence people, andy was good enough to answer your question twice in both threads you decided to create and you respond like that. Bet you will get lots of helpful advice now......
