    Have never torqued mine buddy but would assume the same as the wheel nut setting wouldn't go a miss.

    A decent price you have there, although most have gone aftermarket. Hold out buddy you should get it sold.

    Yes try the spacers issue first, if the discs are warped after checking you could have them skimmed, balancing a possibility, rear wheels put on front? If the steering wheel is wobbling at different speeds without touching the brakes this points to the wheel weighting. Please keep us informed with your findings and hope you get this resolved.

    Frustrating for you, do you plan to change the wheel back to obtain your certificate or pay for another test elsewhere ? However should you stand your ground and quote the above reference, would he be awkward next time around. Best of luck in resolving this.
