    As long as you haven't gone through the lacquer, you can wet flat it with 1500/2000 wet or dry paper. Then use G3 or another cutting paste to remove the flatting down marks, finally polish and buff up the area.

    Any mesh is good. You can coat with satin black aerosol as discussed. You can even finalise with clear lacquer to add extra protection.

    Yes I agree, go for agreed mileage policy. Don't know I they ever check on it though.

    Zmanalex trader on here sells them too. I got mine from him and it cured the problem, plus he is a very informative and helpful chap should you have any other issues.
