The supra is in a council garage, there have been no problems but they are narrow (built for cars made 30 years ago which were a lot smaller back then!), my boyfriend has even put a second floor in for storage, only extras he has done are a draft excluder at the bottom of the door to stop the wind blowing dust and leaves in and he disconnects the battery as the car is rarely used. You may not be able to take over the tenancy as there are usually long waiting lists for council garages and it may be on a first come first served basis. Check with your insurance company whether your premiums will go up, some do as you're more likely to hit something in it (or a wall) and then claim.

I had P Zeros on the zed when I first bought it, have now changed them after 2 years, but they did ok, even went out in the snow

Check your fitment before you consider getting them rolled, mine's lowered 30mm with 19x10.5 Rears Et 21 and 19 x 8.5 Fronts Et 40, the fronts have 20mm spacers, the rears being wider don't need them, but with the Rays I run 20mm spacers all round with no scrubbing. If you get your arches rolled check them for dirt and water regularly as it sits in the roll and eventually rots them away, a lot of places cut them rather than rolling now because of this (gives a much smoother finish too).

Yep, when Mike wrote off his MR2, he took out the "Welcome to Woking" sign and he had to pay for a replacement, although one never was put back and probably went towards their Christmas drinkies instead lol

I got an email from admiral with my renewal price on in April (my expiry date was 19 May) they had dropped it by £100 and were still cheaper than everywhere else, so I carried on with them, haven't received my new certificate yet but hopefully will soon or I'll be calling them. Are you sure you didn't get an email and discard it by mistake? I found mine in my "trash" folder as I thought it was a junk/advert one so binned it, the renewal quote is quite far down the email.
