was thinking of replacing all 4 to be honest. What would you suggestions be bearing in mind they are original shocks all round and 20" alloys?

So the zed failed its mot this week on a snapped front suspension spring, the problem is neither me or the garage know what the spring is to get a replacement (will be doing both fronts anyway). Bought the zed years ago, still running on the same lowered springs when I bought it and it is very low. The only information I have is I'm pretty sure they were apex springs and the part number for the shock absorber is 56110 cd700. I really hope someone can help, if nothing else I just need to know what the actual drop is on the spring, I'm sure its 30mm but dont want to just guess. Thanks in advance everyone

Will use the second set as winters aswell, dont wanna let the nicely refubed alloys suffer in the salty grit- mistake i made last year!

I'm after a set of wheels with legal tyres to use as surrogates while mine are in for refurb, just thought it would be worth asking you guys first before buying off eBay. I'm not bothered what they are as long as they are legal! Locally as possible to Lancaster would be a bonus, thanks in advance!

Genuinely gutted to have missed you all at the Lakez meet this year, started a new job recently and couldnt get the weekend off, massive sadface. Had a look through the pics, a fantastic turnout again and some really amazing looking cars! Could anyone tell me the kit on the orange Z- K90 HAW? I want to give someone all my money for that kit right now!!! Anyway, next years event is getting booked off work 12 months in advance, no way am I missing another one!

sorry to hear Martin you had similar issue after lakeZ meet, seems to be a real problem with car vandalism around there- I had my dent done parked outside the pig in cartmel just over a year ago- rear passenger side when i was parked kerb to the passenger side- work that out?! still makes me angry

Just had some work done by a company in morecambe, took out a huge dent in rear end panel and respray cost 150 quid- real bargain, immacculate work. Got a quote to take out some door dings and touch up some panels and the guy said minor work (including keying) would only be 70 quid per panel. Not sure where your based at but for 3 panels @ 70 quid a panel, it would be cheaper than to claim...good ballpark figure though
