  1. Hi, I've 2 x RE050A 245/45/18 for sale, approx 6.5mm left on them so nearly new. Price? i need 2 for my back. got a puncture in one and other is bald... Make me an offer! PM me
  2. Quick reply before the 'off topic police clamp down...' Very nice, green, of course cos all Kawasakis should be, and the Akro Enjoy!
  3. Unreal. But as SMD said previously, sadly in all probabilty this kind of mindless action will be more frequent. There's no detterent, you catch someone doing this and act upon it, even with due restraint, and you'll end up in more trouble than it's worth.
  4. Unlike the Z I'm running out of mods to carry out, loads more to come But I have just bought a carbon seat/tail unit that will go on next week
  5. I recently looked into an outdoor cover. Contacted Ultimate Finish and the advice was that as long as the car is clean prior to fitting and you use a breathable, quality cover then there should be no dramas
  6. It's a lot 'redder' than the photo shows.
  7. "Stuff the chicken..." Love it! This should do it, the wheels out of the way.
  8. Not wanting to get into a long drawn out debate on this one. I did research this, also looked at how healthy your average supermarket chicken is only to find this... ...although previous studies have shown carcinogenic arsenic fed to chickens—something approved for use in nonorganic chicken farming—does wind up in the meat. Interesting, and that's just the start of it Also got me thinking if was safe to use my BBQ LOL As for the bike, close

    carbon goodness

Very tasty, subtle and well thought out. I like it
  11. +1, could hinge upon the factor for me Welcome to the Forum
  12. Not so dusty this time...anyone guess the bike?
  13. VHT Caliper paint, 3 stage ceramic, doesn't chip, fade, yellow or crack and is good up to 482degC. Works best when 'cooked' for a short period. To be fair the picture doesn't do it justice (could be the phone), it's a lovely bright red and it cuts back, with a lot of effort, pretty good as well The logo says - AKEBONO, they manufacture the calipers and I reckon it looks better than NISSAN
  14. Can't say I actually get away with it, the wife's at work and the kids are at school. For some reason the kids reckoned that their posh fish cakes tasted 'funny' the other night They could have had salad like me
  15. Finished article, bit dusty though.
  16. Three down and one to go...
  17. Use the paper wet with a wipe of regular hand soap
  18. I'm sure you were meant to write those grit grades in reverse sh*t yeah sorry to anyone planning to try it - its 1000 then 1500 then 2000 !! lolol I havent used any kit just the wet n dry, the T-cut and plenty elbow grease. Planning to machine polish next. I've a large roll of 12000, yes 12000, you should see the finish you can get with that as a final touch Mind you 6000 and then 8000 gives really good results in a shorter time span. If anyone needs a sample of 12000 to do this then drop me a pm, first 6 only I reckon some military issue toilet roll paper is the same grade infact no, its probably 2000 Not wrong! Being ex-military I always wondered why the stuff we had back in the 80's appeared to be waterproof

  20. M370 is an intake manifold made by Motordyne. Generally gives a fair chunk of mid range torque and a steady increase in BHP over the rev range, not sure what it's like on a OEM map mind you. Suits you're right, my bad, I forgot to mention the hefty increase in torque as that's the difference it really makes. Now I'm looking for someone to carry out the re-map, I know that abbey are the Holy Grail of all things Zed with regards to this but it's a bit of a trek. Can anyone recommend someone in the East of England, Norwich Cambridge?
  21. M370 is an intake manifold made by Motordyne. Generally gives a fair chunk of mid range torque and a steady increase in BHP over the rev range, not sure what it's like on a OEM map mind you. I installed the M370 and then went for quick drive, even on the 'bum dyno' I noticed a marked improvement. As has been well documented on the second best 350/370 forum it delivers around 14HP in the midrange with a loss of 2HP at the top end, think I can live with that For such a simple mod, took about 30 mins to install, it's pretty effective. Although some would say a bit of a cheeky price for what it is. However, you're right in thinking that I now need to get a re-map as I've now installed the Gen3 kit and an Injen exhaust - see my post under 'exhaust'. Can't rate this exhaust highly enough, even if I lost any previous gains due to this system (highly unlikely) I'd still keep it for the noise alone
  22. In addition to the Injen exhaust that Tarmac supplied he also sourced 2 new K&N filters for the Gen3, I previously had this installed on my 350. A lot easier to fit to the 370 though The M370, yep Tarmac Sportz again, went on sooo easy and as documented elsewhere works really well
