  1. I know you're after a loan set but...I've a pair for sale, £60 incl of P&P
  2. I'm guilty of having done so many "small and pointless" mods that over the years I've lost count of the total. However, in my opinion each and every one of them was necessary and an improvement over stock. I'm looking forward to seeing this completed, good luck and please keep me posted on the progress
  3. Dereham eh? Call round and I'll give you a free stubby RDX aerial...this seems to be the first item on that slippery slope to modding
  4. Interesting - how many miles have you done with the diffusers to form that view? And are you using spacers? Covered about 1500 miles with them fitted, bear in mind that a lot of the roads around here have been 'dressed' recently (why do this during the hotter months?) leaving tar deposits on the car, but not on the skirts. I said almost eliminate to allow a longer period of time to assess but it seems to be the case, so far I'm very impressed with them. A very affordable mod that I reckon will sit well with the addition of the Ings +1 front lip. 20mm spacers front and rear.

    rear tires

I've 2 x RE050A 245/45/18 with 6.5mm on them, no repairs, no cuts no damage.
  6. www.cobrasport.com http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=cobra%20exhaust&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&sqi=2&ved=0CD0QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cobrasport.com%2F&ei=emD3UdWkNaG40QWdpIEY&usg=AFQjCNH4JA-tpnvn_Jqk1vEIfwMzp4HiTA Give 'em a call, seems to be plenty of options on 'tail pipes' but as for tilting them upwards I wouldn't have thought that would be possible.
  7. The diffusers come pre-drilled and the supplied self-tapping screws are keen enough to not need a pilot hole. However, I changed out the supplied screws for SS. They take about 5 mins per side to fit, honestly. An added bouus is that almost eliminate stone chips to the OEM skirts.
  8. That's looking good, really like the black mirrors as well
  9. Trust me on this, cheap Avon moisturising cream for prevention and post care then rub a wet Asprin on them.
  10. Well that's done it , Tarmac we need to talk as I need that Ings front lip
  11. Get in touch with Tarmac but as you know that's just a slippery slope to more mods
  12. Not the usual Black 350 this time but a nice clean GM 350, about 16:00 and travelling towards Norwich
  13. Looks much better and well worth the effort you put in
  14. The plan is to fit an Ings+1 CF front lip, must PM Tarmac, and then remove the plasti-dip from the front. Then...I need to source a decent rear diffuser.
  15. Call 'em what you will but please not 'side steps', that's all the excuse the wife will need if she stands on them These are extremely well made with a deep gloss black gel coat, they take about 10 minutes per side to fit, this includes a cup of coffee and bickies, with no dramas at all. Obviously available through Tarmac Sportz, just awaiting the CF version now. My apologies for the poor quality pics, it's something I'll never master... just that I'm really happy with them and wanted to get some photos 'out there'.

    New lip kit

Now that looks good, and the door handles finish it off. Nice
  17. A splash of 'panel wipe' and a MF cloth, or some liquid wax as the petroleum distillate content will shift it.
  18. I think you require M6 Well Nuts, or are they indeed M4? Pro-Bolt will have them

    Injen CBE Install

Thanks, I'm very satisfied with it. Initially I wasn't too sure about the 'Blue' on the Ti tips and I'm still a little undecided, but I know I can polish it out if needs be Hopefully I'll get round to doing a sound clip tomorrow, it's something I've not done before so any tips and advice would be good
  20. Welcome to the Forum, nice looking Zed. I'm just down the road in East Dereham so drop me a PM if you're about

    Window Tints

Well I'm not going to be drawn into this anymore but you've obviously been told before.

    Window Tints

Thank you, think that covers what I've been saying I want to do it, but knowing it wont be legal will negate my insurance because boy oh boy will they wriggle out of that one! Just tried the bit of cloth over the window, looked really naff silly idea...

    Window Tints

As I said, could be invalidated, what if the tint prevented 69% of light through, covered or not? Thing is tinting the side windows is something I'd like to do, but not sure if I'd enjoy standing at the side of the road attemting to peel it off in the presence of the plod? I imagine it's got a tighter grip than Abu Hamza on plane boarding steps.
