Easiest way to do it, drill hole with holesaw, when deep enough remove drill, then get screwdriver in the centre hole of sleeper and bend it, plug will snap out nice and easy and in one piece, if not use either chisel or flathead screwdriver in the cut from the holesaw and will split the plug and out she pops, 5 min job

The bit your removing will be stuck in the middle of the hole saw in the drill, either that of buy a flat wood drill bit.

Ive fitted the exact system your on about a few times now but only in mansions and big offices, it will be really expensive. As ekona said, you will need the biggest cold water storage tank you can get and a large booster pump set, also you will have to keep your kitchen sink off of the mains. As for your hot water that will need a megaflo which will be fed from the booster pump set which will be set at roughly 3.0 bar. Honestly your looking at thousands and thousands to get this done. Aswel as losing quite a large bit of room to fit it all in.

You have the capability of using the internet, ergo, you are seconds away from an online dictionary. It's basic language. If you want to be understood, use the right words. this is just a motoring forum, not a job application or a newspaper article. as long as people get the gist then I cant see a problem. If someone uses the incorrect word e.g. their some lovely wheels you have there. then its pretty obvious what there trying to say and shouldn't require too much working out.
