  1. We have a car and the Cat back 370Z Milltek system on site so we can do some back to back testing and tuning to get the best from the new Milltek system. We will also video the car while on the dyno to give everyone an idea of how the system sounds under full load and cruising , it will be recorded in our dyno room. Hope to have all the dyno work carried out in the next 2 days.

  3. Hi, anyone got the above S/H part? Mark
  4. No troubles once our pre ordered systems turn up.
  5. 350Z's it is only HKS that list a different system for the DE/REV UP and the HR cars. The Miltek full system works very well on the HR cats with HFC's or De-cat pipes. 370Z system wont fit on a 350Z either.
  6. Hi Karl , as Jez says it sounds about right the figures but we have found with tuning the Zeds (350 and 370's) that these cars need around 6 runs to get the power to settle down , normally after 3 or 4 runs the BHP/Torque levels out due to the small amount of self learnt hat the ECU will do during the dyno runs, there is a Dyno plot somewhere on this site by Abbey of multi pulls and the power/torque gain. We have tuned over 30 370's now including the Sony Playstation Competition cars and F/I 370's we all very good results; We have found totally stock cars run very rich from the factory so when we remap the car we lean the fueling out which gains MPG and sharpens the throttle response up a lot makes the car drive far better at part throttle as well , within the remap we use the multi maps parts of the UPREV remap to give you different throttle response maps switched by the cruise switch. We are doing a deal on supply and fit Milltek non resonated system and UPREV remap 370Z Full NON resonated exhau st system inc Y pipe + Dyno tuned Uprev re-map HKS drop in Panel filters package price £1473.70 inc vat (Manual/Auto) Dyno plot of your modifications We hope to have our 1st Miltek system in 2 to 3 weeks. We can supply an induction system if you require on of these from Stock we use the Ignen long tube system they fit the air filter down in front of the radiator to keep heat soak away from the intake system, they sound lovely thou. if you want a quote on these I can sort this out for you. Any more questions fire away.
  7. These aren't OEM Cats the stock cats have a cat brick behind the rear O2 sensor boss.
  8. If you going to go S/C at a later date , we have built a few GTM S/C cars and have a couple more fitments in the pipeline you will need a good exhaust system and either remove the CATS or fit HFC (Berks) We use the Milltek system inc Y pipe we have these fitted to S/C and Twin turbo cars making nearly 500bhp so this system does flow the air require for around 500bhp , I cant voucher for other systems made for the HR engine 350Z thou. As your think of going F/I I would just drop some filters in the stock Air-boxes as well together with a UPREV remap your get a good gain and all these parts will work with your planned S/C conversion @ a later date. We are currently doing a deal on supplying and fitting a Milltek system; 350Z full exhaust system inc Y pipe + dyno tuned Uprev re-map HKS drop in panel filter package price £1236.80 inc vat- Exhaust system in stock We can add De-cat or HFC's to the above deal if so required. Here is some dyno plots of a HR motored 350Z stock versus Milltek system inc Y pipe/De-cat and drop in air filters. Hub figures. see good gains in torque and bhp, car will drive fair better as well better throttle response and even a little more MPG.
  9. We can offer courtesy car while you car is in for any work with us. I can also meet you outside work hours if that helps. Mark
  10. Found these Video's very good info for how the 370Z variable valve lift system works
  11. We build our own kit , but the LHD kits will fit on a RHD car. Stillen thou remove the PAS cooler fitted as standard locate the Oil cooler kit in this position then sell you another PAS kit to fit. we just fit our oil cooler in another position. Mark
  12. The one we had on the dyno had a drone that was annoying but it may of been a dud system. Have you had the car re tuned since fitment?
  13. Keep your Stillen the Fast Intention's will hurt your ear's.
  14. Strange Jez didn't say anything thou. I presume you mean cam timing not ignition timing?
  15. Thanks, So why is the motor a little less torque now? Mark
  16. With the news that Milltek have finally developed a full system for the 370Z Abbey are going to be offering a deal on a full exhaust for the 350 and 370Z cars with a UPREV remap and HKS drop in Panel filters. We are doing the following deal. 370Z Full NON resonated exhaust system inc Y pipe + Dyno tuned Uprev re-map HKS drop in Panel filters package price £1473.70 inc vat (Manual/Auto) 350Z full exhaust system inc Y pipe + dyno tuned Uprev re-map HKS drop in panel filter package price £1236.80 inc vat http://www.millteksport.com/ I have dyno plots for the Milltek system and Uprev on HR and DE 350Z cars , Will get these posted up early next week but normally seen gains of 10/15bhp and 10/15lb/ft torque with the above packages. Will get a 370Z on the dyno as soon as we see our 1st 370Z Milltek system in stock but I expect a gain of around 15+ bhp on the 370 system. any questions ask away.
  17. What's the difference between the 2 runs on the dyno plots Keyser?
  18. Going to remove the Quaife and fit a Nismo 2 way LSD Looking at fitting and tuning the Syvecs S6 for the excellent traction control. And yes I do still know how to go round corners.....
  19. yes use a funnel that fit's tightly in the rad neck to allow you to have a head of water/anti freeze above the bleed screw, this will force the air out.
  20. I think you still have air in the system , I presume the top and bottom hose's are hot to touch (careful) as they will be hot. The bleeding of the cooling system is hard to get spot on thou.
  21. Spacers cause issues with the KPI on the front of a Zed, these cars are always more "nervous" after fitting spacers. The move the pivot point of the front suspension indie the centre of the tyre ,so causing the steering to be more nervous. Fitting spacers will make no difference to the 4 wheel alignment figure as your only increasing the track width. But you car's alignment may not be in spec and the fitting of the spacers may have enhanced the issues. Get the car 4 wheel aligned then try the car then refit the spacers and see if the handling deteriorates. Mark
  22. We run the car with the stock map with the new exhaust fitted then we re-tune the stock ECU with the Uprev software , so your not actually seeing the full gain we have gained after the exhaust fitting and remap. But the main gains are the throttle response in the lower 3 gears and the gain in torque through out the rev range these only become apparent when driving the car not seeing figures on a dyno plot. I have put hub bhp and flywheel torque on the same dyno sheet for ease of viewing you see the car has gain through the rev range in both BHP/Torque. But as I have said above the dyno plot doesn't show the main gain after the remap using the Uprev software.
  23. Sorry guy's September has nearly gone and I haven't had anytime to sort a dyno day , looks like I should be able to do something at the end of October , I understand if this wont work for people. It will be a Saturday and the maximum amount of cars will be 10 on a Saturday . Get a list going for people interested and I will give you guys a date. Mark
