I've bumped into a bloody statue.I've tried to upload pics but having trouble.You might have to load up on photobucket or mods please help. What's the opinion on this bump.? Two years ago went in for keyhole surgery on my left knee.Was sent home and told tennis by the end of the week Two days later and the pain was like a hammer being smashed into my knee. Drove to The Nuffield Hospital and just dumped my Zed in the side of the road.How I managed that I will never know. Met some doctor and he said maybe my bandage was to tight would I like some painkillers!! I screamed get Dr....immediately. Doctor came. Was rushed into hospital were I remember screaming and morphine being administered which didn't even touch the side. Three more operations to wash the knee out and Had to have a Picc Line inserted after a month of antibiotics as my veins were getting knackered.Not a pretty sight. A year later nearly recovered.Hopefully nothing to problematic in the future On the way out the nurse said 'I thought we were going to lose you'... Food for thought for me anyway... Good luck!

I'm sorry to hear this Chris. My grandfather just had a triple by-pass and he is in full recovery now. I think you need to go asap. I know its not easy dropping everything but I feel you must go. All the best, Chris

Looks like I just found the bloody leak. The stop co*k! Must be an overnight night thing/boiler pressure think as the water was leaking quite heavily overnight. Switched it off.No more leak!! Now to soften my neighbour up....

No I don't have a flat above. I have one to the side but nobody lives there at the moment. Its just that it started just before I went away.Came back after I returned 5 days later.

To be honest i'm thinking it might be the toilet waste.The colour coming through the ceiling is a brown colour(sorry).I thought that was just water seeping through wood. And no it doesn't smell! I've lifted all the floorboards I can access and the water pipes for the bath and separate waste pipes go out of the bathroom in the opposite direction and don't leak. The toilet waste pipe is the only thing that goes down that way.I can see its not leaking my end but then it goes down through the wall.
